—NOVA POV—

See... we all occasionally have needs. You have to fulfill. Searching, for that sweet relief.

That's the only, way I can explain why Tom is in my bed. And i'm straddling him.

He played with the lacing of my bra, his other hand rubbing my inner thighs, back and forth. A couple, low moans thrown around as he worked his tongue against mine.

"Nova! I'm finishing up, the laundry do you—"

My head whipped in the direction, of my door.

I gulped, harshly. My mom standing in the doorway, staring at the both of us.

I thought, I locked it.

I cleared my throat, standing up. I grabbed the basket of laundry, giving it to her.

"Here you go." This all felt super awkward, all he had on was a pair of sweatpants. And, i'm standing here, in shorts and a bra.

This is not good.

She began laughing, loudly in my face.

I glanced back at Tom, who was just sitting there. Doing nothing, he stared at the both of us.

"What's going on here?" Simone popped up in the doorway.

Tom dove under the covers.

"N-Nothing." I stuttered, tilting my head slightly.

Simone quickly connected the dots, glancing at my appearance. Then at Tom, under the blankets. She let out a loud. "Ohhhh."

"So— it's been a lovely evening. I really think I should get to bed, haha!" I tried to close the door.

Silly me, for thinking that would work.

"I have nothing to say, you have nothing to say. Save me my dignity, and don't talk about it." I pleaded, not wanting to have this conversation.

"Oh we're going to talk about it."

This is the worst day of my life.

"So, as freshly adults. There's really nothing, I can tell you. That you don't already know, but what I can tell you. Is, I told you so." My mom pointed, a finger in my face.

"Leave me alone." I grumbled, covering myself with the blankets.

Simone took Tom, they were having their own little talk. While, I was in here.

"How many times, did I predict this." She scratches the side of her neck, proudly.

"If you don't leave my room, i'm going to take a buck-load of pills." I threatened, her face suddenly went flat.

"That's not funny."

"Anyways, disregarding your very unfunny joke. How long has this been happening, and is it just a casual thing. Or a, i'm in love with you we're going to get married kind of thing."
