"You come around here a lot?" Nate asks me.
"Uh yeah, every night." I smiled and nodded, as we sat on the ramp. 'Mm, see I don't believe you. You're gonna have to show me." He teases.
"Oh, you want me to show you?" I pointed to my board. "Hell yeah."
I stood up, leaning against the end of it. I slid down the ramp, doing an ollie mid way. Turning my direction, once I had gotten to the other end.
I caught the board, standing at the other side of the ramp now. "That good enough for you?" I called out to Nate.
He does the same thing, meeting me at the other side. We both sat back down. "So what type of things you into?" He leans back on his palms.
"Well... this whole thing." I motioned to all around us. "I have a job, at an ice cream place with my best friend. I actually live with him— um it's complicated." I trailed off.
Probably not the best thing, to tell a new guy you just met, that you're living with another guy.
"You live with your best friend?"
"Yeah, well and our moms."
He tilted his head at me, in a confused matter. "Like I said, complicated. Anyways, I love getting new piercings like every month. I'm getting my tongue next." I pointed to my eyebrow piercing, septum and then my belly ring.
"Big on shoes, and music. Also, I have a wall of red-bull in my room." I started listing out all, the things about me. I should stop talking.
"Sorry, I know I can ramble." I paused, placing a hand on my mouth. "No, keep talking." Nate smiled, at me.
"Okay, well um... that's basically it. Oo! I love John Cena, like love, love. Like... he's my whole personality, at this point." I laughed.
"Maybe i'll take you to a match one day, though i'll be the one screaming that he sucks." He licks his lips in, oh no he didn't.
"No." I responded, simply.
"No what?" He questions.
"Cena doesn't suck, and if I wanted to go to a match. Tom would take me." I blurted, instantly regretting it. I need to shut up, about Tom.
"Tom?" He asks again. "My best friend."
"You talk about him a lot." He says, almost annoyed. Beat it bitch.
