- ! A week had passed... And, I'm not sure I need to say much more about the groups lives. Sure, we had the occasional adventure, but that seemed to be the only thing they did outside of bonding and other things.
- ! Sentient, right? The alleged 'only sentient droid' in the Hub? It was supposed that perhaps there were others around, but you would have to search a long time to find even one of them.
- ! But that's not... Exactly what I'm talking about. At least, not yet. At the moment, a specific someone felt rather bored. Until, of course...
Pie Baker
> Hey, guys!
> You know, that weird cult leader?
> Rumor has it that they've caught sight of a special friendly droid!Healer
> I think that you need to learn not to trust everything you hear.
> ESPECIALLY from people like that. You don't know what they could do to you...Berserker
> That's true. P.B, if you're thinking of going anywhere, it better not be near that group of people.- ! Pie Baker sighed, and slumped down in her seat. It wasn't the first time her ideas had been shut down by the two. Though, Sentient and Banker were interested, both for different reasons.
Sentient
> Wait, you mentioned a... "special" friendly droid?
> How exactly is this one going to be different from others? All the ones I know are over-the-top with their... extremely ecstatic nature.Banker
> Oh, really now? Well, why don't you just kill them? It's not like you're gonna get punished for it.Sentient
> Why would you just... say that so... nonchalantly?- ! Ignoring the previous question, Banker continued to talk.
Banker
> And, besides; since I get more money for each world progression, it's a fair trade.
> I lose health, I get richer!Healer
> Well, now I know not to have you on any of my expeditions...
- ! She muttered, rolling her eyes. It wasn't very loud, but of course P.B heard.Pie Baker
> Hey, that's mean! You can't just exclude someone just because of a decision they make!- ! Berserker simply sighed to herself. These defensive exclamations from Pie Baker were getting a bit much, but of course she couldn't really do anything about it.
Banker
> Anyways! I'm thinking of going somewhere. Just to meet a friend of mine, ya know... the sorts.
> Does anyone want to come?- ! A rather long and embarrassing silence ensued.
Banker
> Awh, nobody? Sad...
> Welp, I guess more privacy for me! See ya!- ! He exited the room, waving to the others. The door slammed quite loudly.
- ! For context of the aforementioned meeting, Banker was basically on his way to meet Gambler for some sort of trade. What exactly it was, be it money, items, or just a general hangout, wouldn't be obvious until he made it there.
- ! Reaching a forest with densely packed trees and several lakes, Banker paused and looked around. The coast was almost entirely clear, aside from a blue coloured box and some water, bushes covering some of his view. It was rather annoying, the fact that he had to get his hands dirty just to get to the Midnight Casino, but it would pay off.
- ! However, it was very quiet. Maybe too quiet. Checking the compass which he had acquired earlier, he saw there was two rooms left. At the very least, he had expected one of those masked ones to rush at him, or the sound of repetitive shooting and reloading... Neither of them were present. Yet the room surely hadn't been completed, so perhaps-
