June 2nd 2014
Daphne was pacing back and forth in the blush pink room. Elizabeth had just ran to get their grandfather and they were running ten minutes behind.
She felt a panic attack coming on and was trying to think of where they could cut back time to make up for the time lost now. Remembering one thing she forgot she rushed over to her bag and pulled out an envelope with the title on the front,
On Your Wedding Day
------------------------------------------
Dear Daffodil,
I sure as hell hope I'm there for when you get married but if not know that I'm still there watching my baby girl get married to some chump I don't think is quite perfect enough for you.
First of all please calm down.
I know you are probably panicking right now and having second thoughts but just calm down and breath.
You found someone who you want to spend the rest of your life with and he will take care of you. I'm sure of it.
I bet you look beautiful as always.
Please know that I love you.
Love,
A very happy father of the bride
P.S. It's still not to late to back out.
Kidding.
Or am I?
I'm kidding.

Daphne laughed and wiped away a few tears as she heard a knock at the door.
"Come in!"
Elizabeth led her Grandpa in and he stood there speechless.
"Do I look that bad?" She asked smoothing out her dress
"That was your grandmother's wedding dress." He said with a shaky voice.
"I know, she had great taste." Daphne said pointing to the simple silk dress that seemed to be timeless in elegance and fashion.
"We better get going." Elizabeth said with a smile as she handed Daphne her bouquet of daffodils and led the two down to the hall to the doors into the chapel.
All the boys kissed her cheeks and told her how gorgeous she looked. Seeing as Louis couldn't choose a best man all four boys would be walking down the aisle with Elizabeth. After they walked down the doors were shut.
"So I'm actually doing this huh?" Daphne said with a nervous laugh to her Grandpa.
"Your parents would be very proud." He said pulling her in for a hug.
"Thanks Tom."
"Call me grandpa."

Daphne stood on the balcony of the reception building getting a breath of fresh air after thanking all the guests who had come.
"Thought I'd find you out here."
Daphne turned around and crossed her arms.
"Deja vu?" Louis laughed and put his arms around her waist and slowly started dancing with her.
"I believe it was today two years ago when I found the courage to ask you out?" He asked even though she was sure he knew the answer.
"Yes and it was just pure coincidence when they phoned me and said they were double booked and today was the only day left." Louis just nodded his head trying to hide his smile.
"Pure coincidence." He said before kissing her forehead.
"Likely story Mr. Tomlinson." Daphne rested her head on his shoulder.
"Nothing escapes you now does it Mrs. Tomlinson?" She nodded her head negatively as she kept it still resting on his shoulder.
"I'll hold you to that."
