Soojin felt her classmates' emotions - a mix of fear and disappointment, as they had just realized that they were trapped. They were deceived into being brought to an unfamiliar place where their friends died, and they will also have to play a dangerous survival game called "Mafia".
The girl also felt these emotions, but she had a huge responsibility - saving the citizens and the doctor. So she took a deep breath and exhaled, calming her rapidly beating heart. Her eyes slowly opened, her gaze immediately falling on the two bloody bodies lying on the ground.
When she saw them, she immediately realized that they would have to leave them on the road, since if anyone tried to cross the line, they would die immediately.
Her two classmates, or rather their bodies, will lie on the road for days, slowly decomposing. The sun will burn their dead flesh, and eventually, one night, the worms and flies will eat them, and then they will completely disappear from the face of the earth, leaving only a terrible smell.
She turned her head to the side when she felt a light touch on her arm. Yoon Seo, tired and crying, stood and tried to help her friend, "Let's go..." the girl whispered, her voice was low and trembling.
Soojin turned her whole body towards her, Jung-won also walked over to her, but her face didn't have the same fear as the others. She tried to stay calm as always, "Let's go. The three of us need to be safe."
Jung Won walked over and took Yoon Seo's hand, who was already holding Soojin's hand. The three of them held hands and walked slowly toward the building, trying to calm down. Soojin had long since stopped listening to the sounds her classmates were making, so she didn't even notice anyone talking about bodies that needed to be removed.
The three girls came to the stairs and began to climb slowly. They were silent, only the rustle of boots on the floor could be heard in the corridors of the center.
"I need to go to the bathroom..." Soojin whispered, breaking the pleasant silence. The girls looked at each other and nodded, letting go of their hands. She slowly turned around and walked towards the bathroom.
Once in the bathroom, she finally went to the sink and turned on the water faucet. For a while, she just watched as the rapid pressure of water flowed into the pipe. Her mind was preoccupied with trying to figure out how to win the game as quickly as possible.
I'm the police. I can check the players. I know who the doctor is.
Yoon soo and Jung Won are citizens, and I trust them. They will never be mafias.
So I need to spend more time with the other guys. I can't take notes, because someone might see them or suspect something. There are about 20 people in our class, which means... We'll be here for about a week, if not more.
Everything will depend on the mafia, me and the doctor. I need to remember every detail. Every word. Every move. I can't think at random, so I have to keep a close eye on it.
"Do you want to spend all the water as revenge?"
She turned abruptly when her thinking were interrupted. Kyung-jun stood and leaned against the wall, watching the girl, who immediately turned off the water tap.
"What are you doing here?"
The boy shrugged his shoulders casually, "Your thoughts are too loud" She immediately raised her eyebrows, and for a few seconds she really thought she was thinking out loud.
He let a slight smirk appear on his lips as he noticed the surprised and upset expression on the girl's face, "Relax. I was joking. Your girlfriends were looking for you, they were worried that you were drowning on the toilet..."
