"no can do" The woman placed a candle beneath the chain that is connected to the brown-haired girl's iron collar "I want to see your suffering face".

"It's decided then, let's go!" Akira invited her party to enter the bar.

Akira and her party enter the bar and order some foods and drinks.

"How strange" Alexia looked around "What's wrong, Alexia?" Asked Akira who was eating a plate of potato wedges "In every towns and cities I visit, no matter it the folks there hate women, the bar always have a waitress".

"But look at this village, this shop didn't even have a single waitress" Alexia commented.

"hm, that's true" Ashley looked around the bar where every man had to carry their own beer mug and food plated.

"Are you actually a pervert, Alexia?  Why are you looking out for barmaid?" Lucy commented.

"Of course not. It's just... it scares me a little" Alexia looked around

"..." Colette was silent at Alexia's words.

"Come to think of it, when we first arrived in this village there wasn't a single woman walking in the street" Elise recalled.

"Something's not right," Iris commented.

Suddenly, a tall bearded man approached the table where Akira's party was "Excuse me..."

"whoa!" Akira was surprised to see the man "ah, sorry to startle you. I have no malicious intents" The man scratched his head awkwardly.

"My name is Aaron, I'm the village chief here" The man introduced himself "If I may know, are you guys adventurers?" Aaron asked.

"Yes, we wanted to go to Krool town and decided to rest this village for tonight and replenish our supplies" The brown haired girl replied.

"Since you are adventurers, can I make a quest for you?" Aaron started to get enthusiastic.

"That depends, what quest do you mean?" Asked Akira "Well," Aaron began to tell a long story.

"Did you see the forest in front of this village?" Aaron asked "Yes, we're going through there to get to Krool town" Alexia responded to the chief's question.

"Actually, there is a witch in that forest. A few weeks ago she conjure magic to women and girls from this village who wandered into that forest vanished into her lair" Aaron explained.

"The remaining mothers began to lock themselves in their homes along with their daughters because they were afraid that they would be exposed to her magic if they were outdoors".

"What!?" Elise was shocked.

"If any men try to find the witch's lair, they will get lost and will return empty-handed."

"So my quest for you is, find the witch's dwelling, free all the women and girls who are trapped there, and capture her for me. She kidnapped my daughter, I'll teach her a lesson."

"I promise I'll give you a fair reward" Aaron begged.

"I see..." Akira started thinking after hearing the situation.

"You has been offered a side quest, Akira. now you can accept this quest or deny it. Because this quest has nothing to do with the main scenario" Uriel explained telepathically.

"If I accept it, our trip will be delayed for a day or two. But if I reject it, Aaron-san might not be able to see his daughter again" Akira thought.

"I'm fine with having to stay for another day in a breezy woods like this" Iris murmured.

"I'll accept whatever your decision, Akira-sama" Colette faithfully said to the brown haired girl.

"The witch that kidnapped the village girls, huh? I won't forgive her!" Elise commented.

"I'm more interested in the reward, though" Ashley said.

"i-is that so?" Akira heard Ashley's words "the important thing is, we will do this quest tomorrow. So don't be late" Akira reminded her party.
