sometimes i forget that i am yours
sometimes i wish for someone to hold me and tell me they love me
sometimes i think i am not enough
not good enough for you
sometimes i think the demons in my mind hold me back
because when the demons get the best of me, i don't love you
when the demons whisper in my ears, i don't miss you
when everything is silent compared to the thoughts on my mind, i don't long for your comfort
it is in those moments that i know i am yours
it is in those moments, no matter how much i want to be alone, no matter how horrible my thoughts are
it is in those moments, that i need you
and i need you means more to me than i love you
