it's the end of the world as we know it.

it's frankie avery's senior year of high school and he's planning on ending high school with a bang. he'll get grades that are barely passable (what's the saying? d's get degrees?),  he'll get a dozen or so detentions,  make a few friends, crash a few parties, and smoke his entire weed stash.

so meeting jonathan byers and becoming absolutely smitten with him does throw a bit of a wrench in his plan. there's a small catch though — it's that frankie has absolutely no idea about jonathan's other world.

but when frankie gets grounded from his car and desperately needs a ride home, he didn't expect to get dragged to illinois instead, and he's tossed into a whole mess he's not sure he was looking for...
