A few days went by. It felt likes years. I was so tired of walking. As we were waking and i was talking to Diego. It had felt like we were doing the same thing every day. I was sick of it. Brianna walked up to me and Diego and got in the middle of are conversation. I just kept walking and sighed.
We ran through the field and all jumped onto a train. "If I'm right this will take us are destination." Diego saying than turning around to look at us nodding. "lets just relax or now while we wait. You guys can take a nap or we can make food if all of you guys are hungry." Diego said looking at us.
2 hours later Diego was sitting with his feet hanging out smoking. I went over and sat next to him. "Hey thanks for letting us come with you. it means a lot." i said looking at him and smiled. Diego smiled at me softly "Of course. what you think i would just leave you out there alone? never." Diego said looking back outside. I watched as the wind blew through the trees.
Diego jumped up "This is are spot we need to jump off." Diego said getting ready to jump." While it's moving you're crazy!" I said looking shocked than looking out. "We have to now!" Diego said looking at everybody. First Lewis jumped out with Bryon. Brianna than took a deep breath "Why a i doing this.." she said before jumping out. "Here hold my hand. Ill go with you its okay!" Diego said in a comforting voice. I grabbed his hand and we jumped out.
Are hands broke apart as we hit the ground. We were lying on the ground and Byron, lewis, and brianna walked over. Diego got up and held his hand out to help me up. I grabbed his hand and got up. "Thanks" i smiled at him still holding his hand and looking at him. I then let his hand go and looked around. He was looking at me then he looked at the others. "let's get going." Diego said starting to walk. Brianna was clearly upset. She crossed her arms and was walking behind all of us. Lewis and Byron ran laughing.
As we hit another town. Diego walked into a store. Brianna lewis and i got water from a pump nearby. "Hey brianna you okay? you have been ignoring me this entire time." I said looking at her then taking a sip of my water. she looked at me "why would i even tell you." She walked away after saying that. I sighed and looked down. what did i do to her? i didn't do anything.
When Diego walked out of the store he walked to all of us "we don't got enough. few short they upped the damn prices." He said mad but upset. he ran his fingers through his hair looking around with one of his hands in his pocket. I looked at him. "Im um." Diego took a second "Im going to go get some air." Diego said nodding then walking to the beach.
I looked over at Diego and was standing still there for a second than i followed him.
