Chapter 7 cool down

We were walking around. We were all so bored all we did was walk walk walk. Nothing new. I kept thinking about how we ran away. What if they caught us? what would are parents do to us. Do they miss us? I looked over at Lewis and Lewis looked over at me. He softly smiled at me and walked next to me. Diego was walking with a stick near us using it as a walking stick.

"You okay?" Lewis said raising a eyebrow at me but still with a soft look on his face. I nodded bit "Just wondering what is going to happen if we get caught. "We wont." diego raised his eyebrows when he said that seeming. I looked over at Diego and nodded a bit. there was a bit of awkward silence for a bit. "Yea and one of gets are brain blown out." Louis said letting out a giggle. Diego glared at him and Louis stopped smiling and looked away and he put his hands in his pockets. it was getting hotter outside and we were all sweating. all we wanted was WATER.

"are brains blown out really?" brianna said with a snarky attitude. and she raised one eyebrow at Louis and she gave a sarcastic giggle and shook her head. "sure." Brianna added looking away while still shaking her head.

"What about hung to the death." Louis said putting his hands on his throat n making fake choking noises. i noticed Diego looked over at Louis was a weird look on his face like he was scared or upset. It really confused me. Diego looked away from Louis.
"Come on the joke was funny and nobody said anything !" Louis said putting his arms out confused and he had a smirk on his face.
"not that funny dude." Diego said with a voice crack a bit. Louis looked at Diego and his smiled kind of faded a bit and looked away.

Bryon pointed out what seemed to be .. A RIVER. we all ran over their super happy snd started scooping up water into are dirty hands and drinking the water. Diego was looking around and brianna crossed her arms looking at the water.

"i never wanted water this badly. besides when my dad didn't let me drink water for a week."  Louis than ran to the water fall and there was a huge lake.
"GUYS LOOK AT THIS !" yelled Louis standing at the edge of the cliff that was pretty high up with a gorgeous view. there was a small town in the distance and a lake. We all walked over and saw it.
"its so gorgeous here." I said admiring it. The way the wind blew through the trees. i could stare out here forever. Then i heard something. "CANNON BALL !!!" I looked back and i saw Louis running full force and Diego grabbed his shirt mid run. "come on man !" Louis said disappointed and he sighed. "We don't know whats in there. i wouldn't risk it Louis." Diego said glaring at him with a serious tone on his face. Diego sighed and looked away to see if their was a easier way down. He then looked back and Louis jumped off.

"LOUIS !" All of us screamed running to the edge and looked over to see Louis yelling. "WOOOOOO!!" he seemed. Happy? We all looked at each other. and looked back down and Louis hit the water. We were all staring for a bit. He was not coming up at all. We all started to freak out. "I told this kid to not jump!" Diego said agitated. Diego then took a deep breath and took a step forward. i could tell he was scared. it was easy to tell when people are scared. they take breaths. trembling. I love observing people its like a hobby. seeing how they react differently than other stuff. i blinked and then i saw Diego jumped down off the cliff. We are looking over looking down.

Diego swam up and took a deep breath and Louis came up. "Louis!" Diego cried smacking  Louis upside the head but not hard. "Louis laughed a bit. "Come on noww don't be like my dad." Louis said smiling and swimming to the land. They were pretty loud so it was easy to hear them. Than bryon jumped down. I looked over at bryon not expecting that. Me and brianna than jumped down together. As i hit the water it hurt a bit but sank to the bottom. i than swam up. i  rubbed my eyes than swam to land and so did brianna.
