V4: Slaughter Camp

Motive time!

Lill's POV:
I woke up the next morning with Fiore asleep in my arms, her brown hair around he head like a halo. She looked so sweet and innocent. I can't understand why anyone would be horrible to her. She woke up and smiled at me.
"Good morning Lill!"
It seems that playing with her made her extremely happy. I kept that in mind as I stepped out of the tent with her. Jake and Will were already up, but they were yelling at each other.
"No Will! That's not how it works!"
Yes it is Jake! God! You don't know anything!"
Fiore clung to my leg and looked up, nervous. I pt he head before speaking up.
"What are you two arguing about so early in the morning?"
Before either of them could answer, Monoderek appeared.
"Well well well. Looks like some of you are already up. Get the others and I'll tell you why I'm here."
     We woke the others up and Monoderek handed each of us an envelope. He noticed our confusion and explained.
"Inside each of these envelopes is a paper. The paper has two truths and a lie about one of your friends. You have to decide which is the truth and which are the lies."
I opened mine and read it.
'Gabby, the Ultimate Activist. She has killed someone in the name of protecting trees, she has gone to jail for assault, and she is an extremist.'
   I looked at her and sighed. I couldn't picture at of these fitting her, but I knew one was true. Everyone was looking around suspiciously except Fiore, who handed me her paper and told me to read it for her. I took the paper and pat her head
'Lill, the Ultimate Leader. She has caused the death of several of her scouts, she has killed scouts she thought were undeserving if being in her troop, and she has caused one of the mothers of her scouts to kill herself'
My eyes widened and I realized. That's why we got these. They were designed to turn us against each other. Someone would kill because of these but, I wasn't expecting what happened next.
