Inside the car, Michelle and Anntonia sat in silence, the weight of the earlier conversation still lingering in the air. Anntonia took a deep breath, breaking the silence.

"What's your plan now?" Anntonia asked Michelle in a cold tone. Michlle glanced at her before turning her gaze back to the road.

"What plan?" Michelle replied.

"Now? Are you going to stay at the house or at your condo?" Anntonia replied

"At the house," Michelle replied shortly.

"What about the honeymoon that they planned? What do you plan to do about that?" Anntonia asked again.

"I don't know yet. I'd rather rest than think about it," Michelle replied, her tone sounding slightly irritated.

"Sungit," Anntonia muttered, raising an eyebrow at Michelle's response.

Michelle shrugged, rolling her eyes. She wasn't in the mood to engage in an argument with Anntonia.

Anntonia didn't speak again, leaning her head against the car seat and closing her eyes. Michelle focused on the road, glanced at Anntonia, and noticed that her eyes were shut. She wasn't sure if Anntonia was asleep or simply lost in thought. Michelle called out her name, but there was no response. It seemed like Anntonia had dozed off.

A smile spread across Michelle's face as she gazed at Anntonia, appreciating her peaceful expression. Michelle couldn't help but admire Anntonia's beauty. Her skin was smooth and fair, with a radiant complexion. Her eyes were beautifully shaped and had a captivating brown color that seemed to melt anyone who looked into them. Michelle couldn't help but feel a sense of affection towards her wife.

Michelle had always admired Anntonia since they were young. She believed that marrying someone like Anntonia would make her the luckiest person in the world. However, their relationship had never been smooth. Michelle had developed a crush on Anntonia at a young age, but because Anntonia often dismissed her and treated her mortal enemy.

FLASH BACK

"Hi, Anntonia," a young Michelle greeted with a smile.

"Why are you here?" a young Anntonia replied with a scowl.

"I wanted to play with you. Here, this is for you," Michelle said, handing over a paper bag. Anntonia reluctantly took it and looked inside. With a frown, she returned the bag to Michelle.

"I don't want that," Anntonia said.

"Why didn't you like it? What do you want? Tell me so I can change this." Michelle asked, her smile fading.

"I want you to leave. I'm annoyed seeing you here in our house," Anntonia replied angrily.

"Why are you angry at me? I just wanted to be friends," Michelle responded, her voice filled with a hint of sadness.

"I don't want to be friends with you. So leave," Anntonia shouted at her

From that day on, Michelle stopped trying to be friends with Anntonia. Instead, she resorted to teasing and making her cry, fueling the animosity between them.

END OF FLASH BACK

At first, Michelle felt a sense of joy when she learned that her parents had arranged for her to marry Anntonia. However, that excitement quickly turned into worry. What would their married life be like? There was no love between them, only annoyance and frustration that seemed to dominate their interactions towards each other.

Michelle wasn't angry at Anntonia, but every time Anntonia made it clear that she didn't want her and despised her, it felt like her whole being was being trampled upon. She couldn't help but feel that her worth was being diminished. Of course, she had her own pride.
