"Y-your the cat who saved me," Stonepaw stammered. "Don't take it as something personal. I just didn't want to see a cat die," Tiger spat. Stonepaw smiled a bit. "Get out of my territory now or I will kill you," Tiger then hissed, letting her claws slide out. They were long claws, the longest claws he had ever seen. The thought of getting those claws sliced through his pelt sent fear into his eyes. "What are you doing here anyways, kit?" she sat down and licked one golden brown striped paw. "I'm going to the mountains," Stonepaw leaned in and whispered. Tiger got up calmly, "I'm going with you." "What!" Stonepaw exclaimed, "No way!" Tiger padded past him and scratched the ground with her claws. "Okay, so if we go over here through this part of the forest then we should get about halfway to the mountains by sundown. Now I know a pack of dogs that live over by this area where there is a Notail farm. If we steer clear of that area we could-" "You're not coming with me. This is my journey, not yours!" Stonepaw bluntly shuffled his paws over the plan scratched out on the dirt below him. Tiger lifted up her head, an annoyed expression on her face. "Oh come on! That was our plan! I guess I'll have to explain it to you on the way, then," Tiger hoisted herself up and beckoned Stonepaw with a flick of her tail. "You were going this way," Tiger flicked her tail towards the peaks of the mountains, "but there is this Notail Place and it would be easier to go this way to get around it." She pointed with her tail straight in front of her. Then, she started following that path. Stonepaw followed Tiger absentmindedly, for it was amazing how that she-cat was so persistent. He just padded after her through the bushes and into more forest. "You're a wild cat, aren't you?" Tiger asked suddenly. "Used to be," Stonepaw muttered. "Well did you use to know Mothwing or Hawkfrost?" Tiger asked. "Mothwing is RiverClan's Medicine Cat, but I don't know Hawkfrost," Stonepaw responded. "Well, they're my older brother and sister. I never met them though, I wasn't born when they lived in the old forest. I was born here, by the lake," Tiger meowed. "Oh, okay," Stonepaw found himself excited that this cat had warrior blood. How strange was it that he was excited of the prospect of this cat having blood that used to be along the same line of his own.
