Injury is a pain that cuts deep
It's the feeling of being broken and powerless
It can leave us feeling like we are not enough
It can leave us feeling like things will never get better

Injury is a fear that keeps us confined
It holds back our dreams and our hopes
It holds back our strength and our will
It holds back our life and love.

Injury is a struggle to overcome
It throws us down and it throws us around
It can leave us feeling weak and defeated
It can feel like we'll never get back up

Injury is a battle, but it's a battle we can win
It requires hard work and it requires patience
It requires a mindset of never giving up
It requires the courage to get up and to keep fighting.
