She glanced at him, with a look her heart knew all too well
She sensed the love and the pain and the sorrow
She wanted to take him and make him hers,
But he was in love with someone else
There was nothing she could do,
He was in love with someone else
She glanced at him,
He didn't see
He didn't know the look in her eyes
Her eyes that spoke a thousand words.
She glanced at him,
And sighed.
He was hers in her heart,
But he was meant for someone else.
