~ Chapter Twenty ~

I woke up the next morning in Aaron's arms. I smiled and kissed him gently. He stirred and woke up.

"Good morning, Aaron." I smiled.

"Good morning, to you, too, Emmy." He grinned, his voice husky from sleep.

"We've got a big day ahead."

"Yep."

"Austin and I are choosing our second in command."

"Do you know who to choose?"

I looked up at him. "Yep."
I grinned. "What time is it?"

Aaron glanced at the clock. "Ten twenty-two." He reported. I groaned.

"That means we have go get up." I groaned again and got up.

"No!" Aaron protested. He put his arms around my waist and pulled me down. "I said no." He growled in my ear.

"Baby, come on! We have work to do." I got up again, this time, Aaron didn't stop me. I got dressed in a gray t-shirt and black skinny jeans. I brushed my hair and teeth quickly and walked out to see Aaron dressed and ready too. He was in similar clothes.

We left for the dinning hall. We arrived to see everyone in similar clothes to what we had on. Twenty six. Add myself and Aaron, twenty eight. Good numbers.

"Ember! Aaron! Come sit!" Austin yelled. Alan, Alexis, Tino, Taryn, and the guy who's name I still didn't know! We got breakfast and sat beside them. "Ember, I don't think you've met Phil." Austin FINALLY figured out. "Ember, this is Phil. Phil, you know this is Ember." Austin introduced us. Austin then turned to Alan and started a conversation. Aaron, Phil, and Tino started talking, so I turned to Taryn and Alexis.

"How have you two been?" I asked them.

"Great!" Alexis grinned.

"Good. Now explain about you and Aaron. Now!" Taryn demanded.

"Uh... We fought each other on my first day, became quick friends. For Squire Matches, we fought again. He kissed me. I fell very hard for him. Some other things are to be left out and left in the bedroom." I said quickly, hoping they didn't catch the last part.

"Member Noel Carter!" Alexis gasped. I felt my cheeks heat up. "Oh you're bad!"

"How is Ember bad?" Aaron asked, putting an arm around my waist. The girls laughed. "Ah, girls. I'll never understand." He muttered.

"Em! Come on. Let's get this started." Austin called. I quickly kissed Aaron. We walked up on the stage set on the far end of the cafeteria.

"Attention!" I called. Everybody stopped talking and looked at us. "Oh, wow. Okay. Everybody!" I started. "Thank you all for joining our cause. We couldn't have asked for better."

"Nobody cares, Ember!" Austin yelled.

"Fine! Austin, you first!"

"No! You!"

"Fine!"

"Well, Ember?"

"Fine! We're choosing our second in commands!" I started. "I choose Taryn Damours." I saw Taryn's eyes widen. Everybody cheered as she walked up. She stood by me and smiled.

"And I choose Alan Ashby." Austin announced. Everybody was cheering as an amazed Alan walked up. He hugged me first, then Austin.

"Everybody! Meet your leaders."
