Violet woke up one morning and walked out onto her balcony. She looked across the street and smiled when she saw Sadie working out in her garage. Today was the first day that Sadie's knee was completely healed and she was finally able to do stuff on it.

Violet went back into her room and changed into clothes that made her look more presentable. She went downstairs and left her house, making her way across the street. Sadie set down her weight and smiled when she saw Violet walk into the garage.

"Hi." Violet smiled. "Are you sure you're allowed to be doing this? I feel like you should be taking it easy for a couple days."

Sadie shook her head no. "I gotta make sure i'm still in shape for when I patrol tonight."

"Okay... just be careful." Violet told her.

"I always am." Sadie assured her with a smile. "You wanna hang out when I'm done patrolling? We can have a movie date night."

Violet nodded. "Yeah. Sounds fun."

Later that night, Violet got multiple texts from her friends in their group chat. She furrowed her eyebrows and opened up their messages, reading through them.

Violet shut off her phone and went into her closet to change into black jeans and a black sweatshirt. She put her phone in her back pocket before leaving her house and walking to the convenience store on 37th street.

When she got there she saw her three friends standing in the alleyway next to the convenience store. Violet furrowed her eyebrows and went into the alleyway when they beckoned her over.

"Put this on along with your hood." Abigail said as she handed Violet a mask.

Violet took the mask and put it on along with her hood. "What's this for?"

Liam started to do a bunch of hand motions which only made Violet even more confused. Abigail and Anthony both rolled their eyes.

"We're going to rob this place are you in or are you out?" Anthony asked.

Violet widened her eyes. "No, I'm not in! I promised Sadie I would cut back with the crimes."

"Have you gone soft on us, Hart?" Liam asked.

"No. I can never go soft." Violet said.

"Then let's go." Abigail replied.

The three of them put on their masks and hoods before making their way to the front. Violet hesitated a little so Anthony grabbed the back of her sweatshirt and started pushing her.

The four of them walked into the store and the worker at the counter widened his eyes. Liam held up a black duffel bag as Anthony pulled out a gun, holding it up and clicking off the safety.

"Put the money in the fucking bag." Anthony told him.

Violet widened her eyes. "You didn't say anything about a fucking gun!"

"Shut up!" Anthony shouted at her as the worker opened up the cash register.

"Hey. Golden girls."

The four of them turned around to see Spiderwoman behind them. Violet mumbled curse words to herself under her breath.

"Why don't you four pick on someone your own size." Sadie said.

Anthony held the gun up, shooting all the bullets which Sadie dodged. He tried to shoot more bullets but he had ran out. He looked at the barrel of the gun, hitting it before realizing he was out of bullet.

"Fucking hell." He groaned as he put the gun in his back pocket. "Get her!"

Abigail ran over at Sadie and threw a punch. Sadie caught her fist and pushed her into a shelf of snacks. Abigail fell over, knocking over the shelf and laying down in pain.

Violet sneaked around behind Sadie as Liam ran over at her. Sadie shot her webs at his face and they covered his eyes.

"I can't see!" Liam yelled as he blindly held out his hands.

"Take the web off you idiot!" Anthony shouted.

Sadie laughed. "That all you got?"

There were sirens in the distance that caused Anthony and Liam to panic. Abigail quickly got up and held a hand to her back.

"Run!" Liam yelled.

Abigail, Liam, and Anthony ran out of the store and split up. Violet ran past Sadie but she used her fast reflexes to grab her sweatshirt. She dragged Violet out of store just as the cops pulled up.

"Let's what dumbass is behind the mask." Sadie said as she took off Violets hood and then her mask.

Violet panted as her face turned to a look of sorrow. Even with Sadie's mask on, Violet could tell Sadie had a look of disappointment. Sadie sighed and handed Violet to the police.

"All yours boys." She said.

Violet widened her eyes as she watched the cop pull out handcuffs. She looked at Sadie as the cop pushed her against the cop car. Sadie folded her arms as she watched Violet get cuffed.

"Wait..." Violet softly said as she got pushed in the car.

The cops got back in the car and started to drive off. Sadie stood in the middle of the road and watched the car drive off. Violet slightly turned around to look out the back window.

When Sadie got home that night, she slammed her front door shut and took off her mask. Her parents, who were sitting on the couch, looked at Sadie in worry.

"What's wrong Sadie?" Peter asked.

"I'm in love with a criminal." Sadie answered as she stomped up to her bedroom.
