~April~
"Hello?" I shouted into my phone from the edge of the bar. Nights out is one of the things I do genuinely miss about being on Coleisle. Especially with Winter and Summer. Those 2 were like a drug. You get a handful of drinks into them and the entire room changes. It's impossible to not absorb their energy and get sucked into whatever trouble they're causing. It was impossible to have a bad time around them both.
"APRIL!" I giggled down the phone, half turning to Maya and Autumn who was starting to sober up. "Where are you?"
"Uh- I dunno. Hold please!" I smiled at the bartender, twisting some of my hair in my fingers and batting my eyelashes right at him.
"What can I get you gorgeous?" I smirked, looking him up and down, using Summer's age old trick to get a few free drinks.
"I dunno. What do you recommend?" The bar man smirked and leaned in closer.
"Depends how hot you can handle." Maya and Autumn audibly gasped and snickered beside me but that just pushed me more. I've never been so glad that alcohol takes your inhibitions and just- hurls them into the sun.
"I can handle a lot more than I look like I can." I bit down on my lip and the bar man smirked, standing back and pouring out a line of shots. "Got a pen?"
"I sure do." He nodded and I leaned over scribbling Summer's brother's number down. That guy was so fucking funny when he gets these calls later on tonight. The most memorable one was when he answered and said 'you've reached Sal's morgue. You stab 'em we bag 'em how can I help?' The guy calling hung up and we could still see him from the club exit and he looked pissed. It was downright hilarious. "I'll call you when I get off."
"You better." I winked and stood up, pushing the shots between the girls and pulling my phone back to my ear as I turned to them. I gave Winter the club name, told her I was here with friends from home I'd told them all about and as I'd expected, the girls were beyond excited to meet each other. I hung up the phone and downed my share of the shots, cheering Autumn through hers.
"You are such a fucking flirt when you're drunk." Maya shoved on my arm and I giggled.
"Which is exactly why I don't drink often because it leads to bad, terrible things."
"Like you sleeping with El?" I glared at Autumn as she downed a shot.
"I will not be sleeping with anyone tonight. I'm going back to my hotel room, alone and throwing up in the toilet until the room stops spinning."
"Never been so disappointed in my entire life." I squealed an all too familiar voice behind me, turning and wrapping my arms around Summer's neck. "Shit, April. Heels."
"Shit, April, Heels." Winter rolled her eyes as she mocked her best friend, pulling me forcefully into a suffocating hug. "Hey babe. She's got a stick up her ass tonight."
"I do not."
"Yeah you do. Anyway! Autumn and Maya right? I'm Winter, this is Summer."
"Winter, Summer, Autumn and April." Maya chuckled. "The world is fucking hilarious."
"I love that you 2 are Summer and Winter and you're like best friends." Autumn smiled at my friends, handing them one of the shots she'd had her hand firmly over. "How did that happen? We're your parents just like- yeah, that's funny?"
"No, we met in a club bathroom first year of uni. Laughed over the name coincidence, became best friends and now she pops my back pimples."
"Ew Summer, way TMI." Winter cringed and pushed me. "I thought you said there was guys here anyway?"
