Epilogue

SHIELD and the Avengers took down KNEEL, killing the majority of them and putting the rest in prison.

I ended up remembering everything, and going back to normal. I burned the Demented Warriors clothes, but kept the katanas. Because I love my katanas.

Once I had called Tony my father, I decided to change my name to Janette Carter Stark, dropping the Mc'Cottney. Tony went and talked to my adopted parents. They let go of me, and Tony adopted me back.

Thor has taught me how to throw his hammer correctly and Steve taught me how to throw the shield. I can throw his shield because I have great strength from those injections.

I do not live in the Stark tower. I moved into an apartment with Bucky.

Bucky and I have gotten very serious in our relationship. We both love each other so much.

In this case, age doesn't matter. I don't believe in true love, but one thing I do believe in is real love.

I never find out who my real mother was, but I make a new mother, Pepper. She is always there for me when I need her. She treats me like a daughter and I treat her like a mother.

You would say that I lived happily ever after, but that's a lie.

I still have nightmares, I still fight. I still kill. I still hurt. I am not living happily ever after.

But there is always going to be trouble and there is always going to be danger. But there are some people I know who can stop it. Including me.

Because I am Janette Carter Stark, The Demented Warrior, Starkdaughter, Adeline, and I am Iron Lady.
