A/N; Please Read: I just like to remind you all that Keith and Matt are engaged. But they're having an agreed long engagement due to wanting Teddy to be a best man and be old enough to remember the wedding day itself. 

Hence, they haven't many any plans for their wedding just yet. I call them as "boyfriend/boyfriend" instead of "Fiancé/Fiancé's"  because I feel like they'd just stick to the more basic titles for themselves instead of flaunting the fact that they're engaged around. They'll wear their engagement rings on their finger or on a necklace around their necks. But they won't just keep using "Fiancé" all the time. Hence I don't mention them as being engaged often since they don't plan to marry anytime soon and just happy living together as their own family and being together in love.

Before Judge Tavo could speak his ruling, a hole in the ceiling was cut out and came crashing down. Katie grabbing her son and brother, practically throwing them under the table with herself. 

"Everyone get under something and keep low" Katie screamed out, hero mode kicking in even if she knew she wouldn't be able to fight or protect right now, not why she was trapped as Katie Holt. 

Most doing as she advised just as someone came jumping down from the ceiling. Katie wedging her son between her and her son, not filling great over her brother being used as a shield but know he won't complain much in the afterlife if it meant keeping Teddy protected. 

Katie risked glancing out towards the footsteps, trying to get a read over what type of villain or criminal they were dealing with. She might be able to web everyone in their faces and take care of the guy ruining her court case if the worse was to happen. She really hoped she wouldn't have to web herself in the face to show that she got webbed with the rest afterwards. 

She groaned as she recognized the silk cloak that covered the man's whole body. A glow coming from the right sleeve and she knew it held a weaponized prosthetic arm within it. It was that random villain again, why is she the one who keeps crossing paths with him. 

She could list a full name of criminals she'd prefer to be her stalker compared to the guy who almost slaughtered her. 

Reaching for her necklace before tapping her fingertip twice to activate her distress signal to the hero community. All heroes were given some form of a distress button to use. It was either placed in their own jewellery, watches, a device or even shoes. Depending on it's shape and form, depending how to active the distress signal and every hero knew to carry one when not working to stop themselves from having to expose themselves by having to step in while standing as a civilian. 

She knew Keith should be, she means Dare Devil, should be close by. He had promised to keep close and dressed in his hero get up, even during the day, to keep any trouble away. Katie knew she could trust her friend to deal with her deadly stalker. 

"Maybe I could get a restraining order while I'm here?" Katie commented under her breath as she was really going to need a restraining order if she keeps bumping into this guy. 

She winced as the table she was currently hiding underneath was lifted up and thrown across the room. Katie lifting her gaze to look towards the set of glowing yellow eyes glaring down at her family.
