Inside the Botanical Garden Temperate Zone...

Something seems to be cooking, and it ends up catching the Farmer Team students attention.

One of them asks, "What is that incredible smell?"

"It's making my stomach rumble. Could this be shawarma, the soul food of the Scalding Sands?!" Another student says.

Then a third student questions, "What would it be doing in the botanical garden? It doesn't make sense...but I can't resist that spicy aroma! And neither can my legs, apparently!"

And soon, many students have their stomachs growling.

"Okay, let's see..." Kalim says, cooking and reading the instruction, "'Once the surface is cooked through, turn the spit and shear the cooked meat using scissors.' (NOTE: BEWARE OF FIRE!)' Next: 'Insert vegetables and pickles into pita bread along with meat. (NOTE: Small amounts preferable, overstuffing = hard to eat)' Then Kalim says, "All right. I'll put in the pickled carrots... Tomatoes... Lettuce... And finally, the meat. There. All done. Now for the best part: eating!"

Soon, Kalim begins to eat the food, and happily says, "Mmm, this is GOOD! The pickled carrots go perfectly with the juicy grilled meat. I could eat this for days!"

Soon, one of the farmers comes in, "Is this where that savory smell is coming from? ...Ah!" and becomes surprised.

Another farmer asks in surprise, "H-Housewarden Kalim! What are you doing setting up a full-fledged campsite grill in the middle of the garden?!"

Kalim turns to the students, "Hey, guys! It's just about noon, so I was grabbing some lunch."

The farmers soon notice the food.

One of them says, "Get a load of it all: vibrant pickles, fluffy pita bread, and mouth-wateringly juicy meat... This is some real-deal shawarma. Guess that's how lunches go for the ultra-rich Asim family."

Kalim calls out, "Come on and have some. There's plenty to go around! I'll cook up a fresh batch for you now, so just sit tight and wait a few."

"Yes, sir! Don't mind if we do!" The students happily respond.

"Have as much as you like, guys. Feel free to help yourselves to some bottled tea, too," Kalim happily says.

"Thank you, Housewarden. I'll fetch the drinks," One of the students say.

The students then say, "Then we'll handle the food! Anyone here hate pickles?"

"Hey, thanks, guys! I appreciate the help," Kalim says.

One student says, "Something smells INCREDIBLY good."

"I feel like I'm being led here by the nose— literally!" Another student says.

Soon, Kalim notices the other students coming over, "Ooh, I see even more visitors. Hey, guys! Want some shawarma?"

"Yes! Please!" the Farmers happily say.

"I guess this is what Jamil meant when he said he set me up with food I could enjoy with friends," Kalim says, "A meal always tastes better when there's someone to share it with. Jamil's so smart!" And calls out to everyone, "Sit tight, gentlemen! The next batch is going on the grill as we speak!"

And soon, the Beanfest game turns into a picnic.
