"Can I have my coffee back?" I asked as I followed quickly behind Lennox into the main room of the Hanger.
"No." Lennox said simply walking up to the Autobots.
Most of the Autobots were still in their alt modes. I assumed they were recharging. The only autobot awake was Prime.
"Lennox please!" I said, still following.
"No. Good morning Optimus." Lennox changed the subject quickly.
"Good morning Colonel." Optimus replied.
I stopped right beside Lennox and tried to grab my coffee.
"Good morning to you as well
Major." Optimus added when he saw me.
"Good morning Optimus." I smiled lightly up at the 28 foot tall mech.
I took a quick breath to stabilize myself as I realized what I had to do to get my coffee back. I stepped in front of Lennox and looked him in the eyes.
"Can I help you?" Lennox looked back at me.
"Nope." I smiled as I continued to stand in front of him.
After a couple of seconds, I stole his badge and ran off and out of the Hanger with it. He put my coffee down on the table and ran after me. After a couple minutes, I ran back into the Hanger and put the badge on the table and grabbed my coffee. I stepped back from the table, happy with my coffee.
"What just happened?" Optimus asked.
Ratchet and Jazz now awake as well.
"I got my coffee back is what happened." I took a sip.
"Why is Lennox breathing heavily?" Ratchet asked.
"I stole his badge and ran off with it because he wouldn't give me my coffee." I replied.
"Why wouldn't he give you your coffee?" Jazz asked.
"He took it because I burned my tongue when my coffee was still really hot." I explained, taking another sip.
"I didn't want ... you to burn ... your tongue again." Lennox said, trying to steady his breath.
I smiled as I looked over at him.
"That's very sweet, but I burn my tongue all the time. It's nothing new." I said.
"Still.." Lennox mumbled.
"What was that?" I asked.
"Nothing." Lennox said.
"Alright, I'm gonna go pack." I said, starting to walk away.
"Where are you going?" Jazz asked.
"To my parents. Only for a week though." I answered.
I walked away and into the kitchen to put my empty mug into the sink.
Lennox's POV
I watched Y/N walk away into the kitchen from over my shoulder. Once she was out of sight, I turned my head back to the bots.
"You like her?" Jazz asked.
"Yeah, I do." I smiled.
"Do you love her?" Ratchet asked.
A smile grew on my face and my cheeks turned a little pink as I thought for a moment.
"Yeah." I said as I looked up at Ratchet.
"So why not tell her?" He asked.
"I think she only sees me as a friend." My smile fell a little.
"Why do you think that?" Optimus asked.
