The chaotic scene unfolded around Athena, and my eyes remained fixed on her unconscious form, a surreal sense of disbelief gripping me. Zade, frantic and worried, cradled Athena in his arms, her lifeless body a stark contrast to the vibrant woman she was just moments ago.

"What happened?!" Zade's voice echoed in the room as the Hampten family and the staff rushed to assist.

"Someone call for an ambulance!" Mister Hampten shouted, desperately trying to maintain composure.

As the emergency was being tended to, I found myself unable to look away from Athena's pale face. The crimson stain on her dress and the blood-soaked tissue in her hand painted a grim reality. My earlier annoyance with Athena faded, replaced by a surge of concern for her well-being.

"Isadora, are you alright?" Zade's voice, filled with both worry and urgency, snapped me back to the present.

"I... I'm fine," I stammered, realizing that my face was devoid of any emotion.

Athena was swiftly taken to the hospital, leaving the Hampten mansion in an unsettling silence. Zade and his parents, consumed by worry, left with the medical team. Left alone, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to this situation than met the eye.

As I roamed the vast mansion, its opulence now overshadowed by an air of unease, I couldn't help but wonder about the mysterious note I stumbled upon the night before. Could it be connected to Athena's sudden collapse? The threat, the heart at the end-did someone mean her harm?

I decided to go to the room undetected where I found the ominous note. I rushed, a sense of unease gnawing at me. When I arrived, all the papers were there except the note. If they hid it, it meant that it was crucial evidence. Damn, I should have taken a picture.

As the day of the event unfolded, Athena's condition remained critical. Zade, caught between his concern for Athena and the unravelling mysteries, valiantly tried to hold everything together. The Hampten mansion, once resonant with laughter, now echoed with hushed conversations and worried whispers.

I knew I had to attend the event to maintain appearances, but I had no clue if Zade could accompany me. He was preoccupied with caring for Athena. Why did this have to happen on such an important day?! Now that I've calmed down from yesterday's incident, I can think more clearly. It's annoying that all the attention is now focused on Athena.

For the event, I chose a light blue mermaid dress with long sleeves, adorned with delicate white patterns that graced the floor, allowing me to move freely. Anne expertly styled my hair into a bun, and I adorned myself with the diamond earrings and necklace Zade had gifted me.

Amidst the turmoil, I spotted Siriyah with an unknown woman. Siriyah dazzled in a pink ball gown, adorned with flowers and a necklace paired with YSL heels. Her hair was elegantly styled in a high ponytail with front strands framing her face. The unknown woman donned a wine-red ball gown with black transparency on top, complemented by black gloves that reached her elbows. Her black hair was divided, with half cascading down and the other half fashioned into a bun. Gold earrings adorned her ears, and her green eyes exuded mystery.

Siriyah noticed me and laughed, "Look who is here!"

The unknown woman turned to me, a scrutinizing gaze in her eyes. "Who is she?"
