// Charlie POV //
"Why hide the fact that you're an angel just like us!~"
I look at the orb, Vaggie is an angel... I-I don't know anymore... I fall to my knees in horror. Adam then smirked as he looks at me.
"I'm afraid sinners cannot enter heaven. Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it." Sera says.
"Yeah! And I can't wait to come down next month! Right Lute?"
"Yes sir."
I just look at them, shocked, sad, angry... Betrayed... I just... Why didn't Vaggie tell me?..
She runs over to me and hugs me.. I don't know what to do...
"Yo Lute, go get her." He says with an evil smile. Lute saluted and walked off.
"Get who?" I ask.
"Oh, you'll see."
We wait for a while in an awkward silence. I can't believe Vaggie has been lying to me... We've been together for three years! She could've told me! I tell her everything and now I don't even know if she's really Vaggie or not ust some... cruel angel-
The doors burst open, Lute and some other guards drag a heavily injured woman inside the room. She's covered in bruises, cuts and scars. Her hair's short, looking as if some sloppy hairstylist worked her magic on her. Her wrists have been rubbed raw by the chains binding her to the angels.
I walk closer, realizing something..
"Mom!"
I try to hug her, free her anything, but these guards hold me back! Vaggie tries to fight back, but is too weak.
"Calm down, girl."
I glare at Sera, then take a deep breath. They let me go.
"You may talk to her, but do not walk closer to her, try to touch her or anything." Sera says, much to my discomfort.
"Mom..."
"Charlie?.. Is that you? My daughter..." She says, smiling. Tears roll down my face.
"Mom! Why did they do this to you?!"
"We made a deal, honey.. And I couldn't keep my end of it..."
// 3rd Person POV //
Charlie tilts her head to the side, confused.
"Deal? What deal, Mom?"
Lillith looks down.
"I would have to kill at least 100 sinners each year to keep the overpopulation in check or else they'd have permission to... take me and do the exterminations.."
"What?! That's why they were allowed to do this?! Sera! Please tell me you played no part in this!" Emily yells. Sera just looks down.
"I'm sorry dear sister, but I had to..."
"I can't belive you!"
"Alright, time's over girls, time to go home to dear old daddy.~" Adam says before a portal opens, sucking Charlie and Vaggie in, but unexpectedly, Emily got dragged along aswell.
"Emily!" Sera yells, but Adam just laughs.
"Guess Emily was no true angel after all."
// Back at the hotel //
They land on the floor, Vaggie being the only one able to land on her feet instead of falling face first to the floor. She quickly helps Charlie up.
"Are you okay hun?-" Chalie pushes Vaggie off.
"Ah, shit! Sorry! I didn't mean to-"
"it's fine-Wait, Emily? What are you doing here?"
Emily gets up, fixing her dress. It loses it's bright colours and so do her hair and wings, her halo melts down and the eyes that had been on her wings and halo moved to Emily's chest, forehead and shoulders, her dress now black and red, her hair darker, her eyes a demonic red and her teeth also sharpen.
"W-What's happening?!" She panics.
Charlie gasps.
"No... That... That can't be right... M-My sister will come down and save me.. I-I'm sure! I'm sure...."
Lucifer just approaches Emily.
"Dear, I'm sorry but.. She won't come back for you... I was hoping Micheal or any of my other siblings would come save me too when I first stranded here, but... that never happened."
Emily breaks down in tears, sobbing. Lucifer ust hugs her awkwardly.
"Uhh... There, there?"
Lucifer isn't really used to try and cheer people up, so this was pretty awkward for him. Charlie just watches, still shocked.
"Dad..."
"Yes, Charlie?" He looks at her.
"They... I saw that they have someone captured in heaven..."
"Who?"
"...Mom.."
"What?!"
"They have her in chains and hurt her!" Charlue cries.
"Those bastards! Now they've gone too far!" Lucifer yells, storming out. A few minutes later a whole army is at the hotel.
"We're going!" He opens a portal to heaven.
"Charge!" He yells as the army of sinners and hellborn barge through the gates of heaven.
"Holy shit! Sera! Emily, code red! Code red!" Peter flies off quickly.
The army of exorcists try to fight the demons off, but fail, most of them ending up dead.
As Adam and Lute were the last ones left from the army, Lucifer yells.
"Give me back my wife!"
Adam gulps. He decides not to go down without a fight though.
"Over my dead body!"
"Then so be it."
// After a brutal fight //
Adam lies dead, Lute crying next to his body as Lucifer approaches her.
"Give me back my wife." He says in a stern tone. Lute grumbles going back, just to come back with the chained up Lillith. Adam runs to her.
"Lily!"
He yells as he hugs her, picking the queen of hell up.
"Let's go home. Retreat!"
The army goes back through the portal.
Charlie cries, running to hug her mother tight.
"Mom!"
Lillith smiles.
"My daughter.." Tears roll down their cheeks.
Vaggie smiles at the sight of Charlie's family finally being complete once more. Then, before she knew it, she was pulled into the hug, and so was everyone else (just Alastor, Pentious, Husk, Niffty and Alastor)
The evening they had a nice dinner and helped Lilith.
