Chapter 12

So this is what happens after Chapter 11. They go shopping one by one so the others could not see what they got. This chapter starts at night.

Ross's POV

Me and Ben are getting ready for bed after our long day. I walk into his room and i notice that he doesn't see me. He walks over to the dresser in his room and places something in a box. "What was that." I say. He jumps and holds his chest. "Damn Ross. Learn to knock." He laughs. "sorry...but what was that?" He raises an eyebrow. "What are you talking about?" His voice gets higher so I know he is lying. "Ben! Don't lie to me. You put something in that box." "Its nothing." I walk to him and he grabs the box. I grab his arm and he releases the box into my hand. I open it to see a ring inside. "Ben..." "Its a promise ring...Alex gave it to me." "Like...your ex boyfriend." "Yes Ross." "So...your forgave him?" "Yes. Are you mad at me?" "Are you happy with him?" "Yes!" "Then I am happy." He hugs me. "Thank you for understanding. Just don't tell the others...Rydel already knows." "Don't worry...unlike last time, they won't figure it out." I smile. I take off my shirt and walk over to the bed. "Ross...is it weird that I sometime wish you weren't my brother so I could date you?" "Well normally yes but I am very hot so its not weird." I laugh at his comment. (Before I go on. Ross and Ben is not going to have no incest relationship. This is just for fun)

Ben's POV

"I think its cute that you think I'm hot." He says. "Well you do have a nice 6 pack." I lay down on top of my covers and Ross takes off his shirt. He undos his belt and jumps on to the bed. He gets on top of me and hovers over me. "Your mean for teasing me since I cannot have you." he smirks. "Doesn't mean we cannot have a little fun." "Well if i was the same age as you yea...but I'm 12...so isn't it considered rape?" "only if i force you too." "well then..." I lean up and kiss his cheek. "Lets have a little fun." That was the night I lost my V-card.

---Next Morning---

I wake up with arms wrapped around me. I slowly spin around and look at his messy hair. I move his hair out from his face and kiss his forehead softly. His arm moves off of me and his eye lids flicker. He slowly opens his eyes and looks at me. "Good Morning Ben." he smiles "Good Morning Rossy." "Have you tried to stand yet? i heard that the first time may have a little long lasting effect. Like having a hard time to stand." "No not yet. I didn't want to leave you." i smile. he kisses my cheek and he lifts up. I get up and I limp to my dresser. I pull out some clothes and walk into the bathroom to take a shower.

I walk out about 30 minutes later with all of my clothes on. Ross isn't on my bed so he must have went to his room. I put on my ring and fix my hair. I walk out and go up to Rydel's door and knock. "Rydel...can i come in." "Sure, its unlocked." I open the door and walk in. "Hey Ben." "Hey Delly." I start walking again but my limp comes back. "Ben, are you okay?" "Yea...yea..I'm--" i grown. Why is the hurting me right now. i put my hand on my hip trying to stop the pain. Rydel grabs my arm and escorts me to her bed. I sit down lightly and she asks "Ben...tell me. What is wrong?" I don't want to get Ross in trouble but maybe Rydel will be understanding. "Last night...Ross...we had sex." She gasps. "He raped you? I'm going to kill him." She gets up and starts to walk towards the door. "Rydel Wait...I wanted him to...I allowed it." She turns around and says "You...You let him?!?!" "Yes...Please don't tell the others...I know i shouldn't have done it." "Ben...it's still rape...you're under the age of 13 and Ross is 5 years older than you." I read up on this and I could only find a North Carolina one so its based off of that. "He should have been wise enough not too. You should have been." She adds. "Ross raped Ben?" She turns around and sees Ryland at the door. "Ry..please do not tell on him." "I came up here because Mom and Dad are here and everyone is downstairs but I think I should tell everyone." I get up and limp run towards the door. Ryland runs. I trip and fall. Luckily Ross was there to catch me. "Ross...Ryland found out...he thinks you raped me..." his eyes widen. "How?" "I went to talk to Rydel about the party when she saw me limping. She finally broke it out of me and Ryland was eavesdropping. He is going to tell everyone including our parents who are down there right now." "We need to get--" he is cut off to someone yelling "ROSS SHOR LYNCH GET DOWN HERE!!!" "Ross go. I will be down in a minute. I'm going to pretend I was at Alex's house all night. I'm climbing out my window and meeting him." He nods and runs down the stairs. I run back to Rydel. "Rydel please pretend that we did not talk this morning and I was at Alex's." "Fine...but only because I love you. Just don't do it again." "Done!" She smiles and I run into my room and call Alex.
