"So your in a band?" I asked confirming what the boys just told me. "That's freaking awesome!" I took another sip of juice. They nodded smiling as well. " So what do you like to do in your free time?" Read fan fiction.. yeah no lets not say that. "umm well I don't really know I mean I just moved so i've been really busy but I love listening to music if that counts?" I shrugged and took a bite of my pizza. " what kind of music do you like?" Luke asked intrigued. " MCR ,All Time Low, P!ATD, good charlotte, Guns'n'Roses. You know stuff like that. Oh and can't forget Nirvana, Blink-182 and Green day!" I said slightly nervous considering most people actually don't know half of the bands i listed. But I mean in the end they're the ones who is missing out. I brought my gaze back up to the boys faces with wide eyes and smiles. "you know your different." Michael pointed at me. I slightly slid down my chair actually considering the option of sliding under the table. "So I've been told." I lowered my voice. "I like it!" He grinned causing me to perk up slightly. "yeah, most girls would not have any clue who those bands are." This is true. I nodded. "I'm not like most girls." I smirked. "Oh I could play the guitar and the piano when I was younger." I nodded excitedly remembering the class my mother made me take when I was younger.

School was out and I was starting the walk home barely stepping foot off the school grounds before I heard a honk. "Get in Loser were going shopping." Luke had his glasses on not even making eye contact with me but smirking with his eyes on the road. Ash was driving with Michael and Calum in the back playing thumb war. I hesitated before opening the door to the black jeep. "wait. I thought we were going to my place to play video games?" Michael pouted. "Michael give the lady a chance what if she wants to go shopping? you can't mislead a girl like that Luke. We can go shopping if you want" Ash's head flicked to Michael then to Luke then to me. "I'm pretty sure that was a mean girl reference and as much as I love the mall, I'm more down for video games." I said from the back. I KNEW it was a mean girls reference I could pretty much quote every movie I have ever seen. Most people thought I was weird and had "too much free time" which both were true, but that's how I was and I think I'm starting to accept the way I am. "Can we keep her?" Michael beamed.

We pulled into Michael's house that was pretty huge! I shot my mom a text saying that I was hanging out with some new friends I made. "Me Casa Sue Casa!" Michael held his arms out signaling he meant the whole house. I nodded slipping off my backpack and placing it by the foot of the couch. I sat on the edge as the rest of the boys kicked their feet up on the coffee table. I checked my phone seeing the text from my mom to be back at 8 I mentally groaned at how childish she can treat me sometimes. I caught the controller that was tossed to me and turned it on. "Call of duty?" Michael asked? The boys mumbled sure whilst I whispered under my breath. "yes that game is freaking amazing." I smiled to myself. An idea came into my mind as I quickly stood up. "5 bucks ,or whatever you guys call it,from each of y'all that I could beat every single one of you at this game. They all scoffed and Michael held out his hand. "your on." He shook my hand slightly firm but I didn't care.

Michael was sitting down arms crossed and glaring at the tv. Mean while I was in my own little world. "BAM! IN- YOUR- FACE!" I jumped on the couch before jumping off and started a victory dance. I twirled around before moving my arms around like an idiot. I stopped and walked towards the boys out of breath. " 20 dollars please." I smirked. Luke handed over the cash as long as everyone else. I sat back down. "now what?" Calum asked. " Can you guys play me something? You know cause y'all are in a band?" I asked. They exchanged a glance of worry. "We've never played in front of somebody before." Ash explained. " come on! it'll be fun" I smiled. Luke shrugged before grinning. "Fine but you have to play us a song first!" My eyes widened. The boys nodded before grabbing me and taking me to a room. In this room was instruments. Literally so many guitars and stuff like that. In the corner I smiled at the piano. Michael and Luke picked me up and sat me on the chair of the piano. I felt the nerves build up. All the boys sat on the floor staring at me. I took a deep breath. I too had never played in years let alone front of someone. My mind was racing for a song until I settled on Mad world. I cracked my knuckles and took a deep breath before starting.
