"Stan, why would you throw these away? You are not quitting what you love, do you?" Krystal asked.
"What's the point? I can't even continue on my projects anymore, I just can't." I said as I nodded my head in disappointment.
"Stan, don't listen to those people that discouraged you. You might've not gone to the college you wanted to go to. But just because of that, and you had a bad start on it. Doesn't mean you can just quit what you love." Krystal says as she cleans the debris of the books before giving them to me.
"Well, I..."
"Stan, if you need help with coding and programming just let me know. I know how to do it, but I have friends that are more expert than I am." She explains.
I was in deep thought for a minute as I looked at my books before I put them on the desk.
"Alright." I said as I decided to agree to it.
"Now, what are you struggling with?" Krystal asked
I sat down and got onto my computer as I restored my projects from the recycle bin, and got into my main project as I showed her what's wrong with the coding.
"This character right here is not changing to its proper sprites and I don't know what string of code is not right with this number here." I explained.
Krystal looked closely at it and noticed the problem easily and explained, "You forgot to attach string of 7 and open up with the arrow keys input with a hyphen."
She typed it in for me and tested out the project and the character was changing sprites properly while moving. I was dumbfounded by a small change that I never noticed until I saw that the string just needed an attachment.
"That's all you got to do. Don't feel discouraged, and give up on what you want to do, ok?" She asked while ruffling my hair.
"I won't." I said.
"Good, hurry up and get dressed in your uniform, so you can have some breakfast at least. We are going to see the empress for our next mission brief.
"Alright." I said as I changed into my UFE uniform and had breakfast with the others.
During noon, We headed to the Empress's personal skyscraper. I followed the girls inside as Empress Erica was waiting for us in a conference room.
"Empress." Krystal says as she shakes her hand.
"Hello, I see your new member is doing alright." Erica says as she smiles a little at me.
"It's a start." Krystal says.
"Ok. Come inside. We have some intel about the FOA suspicion around Zoness. They are moving in there and creating a hideout for themselves, and trying to create a weapon to possibly overwhelm The Lylat System." Empress Erica explains.
"Zoness is a dead place that no one ever lived after defeating Andross." Krystal explains.
"A place that is completely exposed to squatters and criminal activity." Loona added.
"What kind of weapon?" Dasha asked.
"A weapon that can be dangerous in the wrong hands. It's some cannon that can fire a severe huge laser that can cause massive damage by impact. That's what the recon team explained to me." Empress Erica explains.
"That's no good." Nika says.
"So, in a few weeks. I want you to get some training done for Stan for his first mission with you girls."
