Space Travel Adventure

Chapter 20

The girls were able to get Nika out of the bar even though she was severely drunk and a handful as they tried to get her in the cab. Loona tried to help stand up until Nika blew chunks of vomit on her shoes.

"Oh, you disgusting motherfucker!" Loona shouted with anger as she shoved Nika into the back seat which made her hit her head.

"OW!" Nika shouted as she covered her head.

"Serves you right for my damn boots!" Loona shouted as she took them off to clean them.

"Will you two grow up and get in the damn cab?! We still need to find Stan before something happens to him!" Krystal shouted as she got in the front seat with the driver.

Dasha helped Loona clean the vomit off her boots and got in the cab while Krystal uses telepathic to help the cab driver navigate where I'm at.

Meanwhile...

  I had a few drinks and was having a good conversation with Fox and his friends.

"So some shark was giving you trouble and you are trying to find her around here?" Fox asked.

"I honestly don't care about her anymore, I bet she is doing fine anyway. Like doing her own thing of drinking heavily and not respecting others. Like I was forced to be in a team with Nika. I tried to be nice but she has no filter." I explained while drinking another margarita.

"Heh, some people can be in trouble sometimes. I just say give her another chance." Fox suggested.

"I did it many times. I'm burnt out from it. I am not even in the mood to head back to the hotel either." I explained.

"You have to sometime, you serve for the UFE after all." Falco says while smoking his cigar.

"I don't even want to be. I had to serve them just to make a living in my new life. Since I can't go back to my homeworld since my kind shouldn't know about the UFE at the wrong time." I added.

"Does humanity ever travel around space?" Slippy asked.

"Yes, but we can't go farther than our moon yet. We are still trying to make tech for space." I explained.

"Oh, I see. There are many great places to see lightyears away." Fox spoke.

The girls arrived at the bar that I was at and Krystal and Dasha headed inside while Loona stayed with passed out Nika in the cab.

Krystal went in first and she froze when she saw me talking to Fox since she knew him for years, but didn't end so well after the Anglar war. She immediately just came to me without context. She just grabbed me by the forearm and pulled me a little hard which she almost made me spill my drink.

"Krystal?" Fox asked while he tried to go to her.

Krystal didn't say a word to him as she lightly shoved me to Dasha.

"Krystal, wait a min..." Fox says before Krystal interrupts him.

"Don't talk to me. It's been over a long time ago." She says as she gets in the cab.

"Can you just hear me out? You know I still care about you." He says as he tries to reason with her.

"Maybe, but you never understood why I wanted to stay with you to fight against the Anglar emperor. You left me. So don't even try to change my mind." Krystal says as she gets in the cab before we all drive back to the hotel.

During the night, I explained to Krystal what happened at the restaurant and told her that Nika and I had a huge argument and I told them about what I said. I wasn't in trouble as much as Nika was since she was being punished since she was considered the aggressor of the altercation we had that she was asleep in the brig in one of the UFE ships for the night until Natalya tries to find ways to straighten her out.
