Chapter 15

During the long night, Krystal was caring for the human child until he finally fell asleep after the nurses and doctors gave him some pain killers and medicine for his bruises and his physical injuries that he received while captured by the enemy. Krystal puts the sheet up to his neck before she leaves and heads home. She noticed nobody was home, including me. She found out that Nika and Dasha are having a girls night out together, and that Loona and I were at the nightclub that Queen Bee is hosting for a private party.

"Guess I have the house to myself." Krystal says as she went into her room and changed into some casual clothes.

She was about to leave and noticed that she got a few emails on her computer and checks on them. She noticed that they were from her ex-boyfriend Fox. She sighed in frustration and clicked the emails into the trash folder before heading to the living room as she poured herself some wine in her glass before sitting down on the couch as she watched her favorite romance show that comes on late at 8pm and never wanted to miss an episode.

Nika and Dasha finally came home an hour later as Nika was a little intoxicated while Dasha was helping her to the bedroom. Nika was talking no sense as Dasha told her to stay quiet. Krystal was a little annoyed as it was interrupting her show, but she ignored him as they passed by into the hallway.

"What? I'm fine, but why won't... you want me to share my love.... with the bartender?" Nika asked as she swayed a few times.

"You're drunk, and you caused a ruckus at the bar which resulted in us getting kicked out. You need to drink more responsibly."Dasha says as she pushes Nika to her room.

"I just had... four shots. It wasn't... that much...at all." Nika says as she sits in the bed.

"Four shots is too much. You got carried away. Sleep it off." Dasha says as she leaves to the living room.

"Hey Krystal, how is...."

"Shh.." Krystal interrupted her as she paid attention to her show.

Dasha rolled her eyes and headed to her room and decided to go ahead and headed to bed for the night. Krystal shed a few tears on a heart pulling scene of watching two anthros finally confessing to their love before they kiss at the end of the show. Krystal turned off the TV and was about to go to her room until she saw Loona coming through the front while carrying me in her arms asleep drunk.

Krystal got worried about me and asked, "What happened?"

"He was a great party animal and drank too much of my friend's homemade alcohol drink. He's just drunk asleep." Loona explained as she took me to my room.

"Well, I hope you will help him with his hangover in the morning. I'm happy that you have a starting friendship with Stan, but don't put him in harm's way like that. We don't want him to get hurt." Krystal warns.

"He's fine. He's not a child even though we are one third bigger than him. I just want him to have fun for once since we are helping him open up in our world." Loona says after tossing me on my bed.

"But still, there are bad individuals here in our society." Krystal protested.

"Chill out. We had fun at a club and Bee made sure that we made home safe." Loona says as she raises her hands up.

"Fine, but you better help him recover from his hangover in the morning." Krystal says as she gives her some ibuprofen.

"Ok." Loona says as she goes to her room and hits the hay.

Krystal sighs as she decides as she goes to bed as well. She noticed that she got more emails from Fox on her laptop. She sighs in frustration and trashes them into the trash bin and shuts down her computer. She was in deep thought about her past after leaving Fox and his team behind for her to move on by his careless act to her.
