You feel helpless, as a dark figure tower over your small figure...Dark red eyes, menacing smile, sharp teeth, pure demonic indeed...
"Please stop, I want to live. I have many dreams" you plead to the tall figure, as you cry....
"You don't deserve to live" a very deep husky voice...

Your face full of fear, shock and tears, You look a totally mess..."NOW DIE", The tall figure pushed you in a dark pit...."NOOOOO!!!" you shouted as you were falling from the dark abyss.

"ACKK!!!!" You shouted waking up from a dream of falling....then you suddenly realized that your ALIVE.
However, you are in a different world. You looked at your hands, you have a very pale skin and your finger nails were sharp like a weapon. You touched your face it feels the same but a hint of change...

You looked around you, the room was filled with beautiful furnitures.
While you were looking around you finally found a mirror, and there you saw what you have become.
A pale skin with dark red eyes, a
H/C lock of hair, you are a fallen one with broken halo, like it's melted. You just touched your face. Then suddenly the door slammed open.

There you saw a girl with blonde hair with a worried face. She rush towards your direction and grabbed your shoulders. "Are you okay??" Said the blonde girl, you nodded in response.
"What happened Charlie?" You look behind the blonde girl to see another girl with white hair and a ribbon. She also have an x mark on the other side of her eye.

"Everything's okay Vaggie" the blonde girl respond. "Umm...were am I?" You asked them as you were confused.
"You are in my hotel, don't worry you are safe here..." "It's Y/N" you said.
"Y/N" the blonde girl said as she smiled at you and you returned the smile.

"Ahem...Let me introduce myself, I'm Charlie Morningstar and this is Vaggie my partner." Charlie said with a warm smile. "It's nice to meet you Charlie and Vaggie" you replied with small smile. "Welcome to Hazbin Hotell and should I say in Hell!!" She said eagerly as a new friend have arrived.
"In hell???" You said in confusion a big question mark on your face. "Yess, you are in Hell, My Home" She said smiling not leaving her face.

You just stared at the nothingness as you heard the word hell, It echoed through your mind. You plop down to the floor as you feel devastated like a poor little kid. Tears start to fall from your face.
Charlie and Vaggie looked at each other in confusion at your actions.

Charlie went down to your level as she said, "It's okay Y/N, Hell is not that bad as you expect it is, I promise you" you look at her and you saw her comforting smile. "..ookkayy.." you responded as you stop sobbing.
"Why don't we go downstairs and meet the other" Charlie stated and you nodded.

Charlie and Vaggie assisted you as you all went downstairs. Charlie told you many beautiful things in hell. She said that there are many beautiful places in hell that is similar to the your own world. Charlie and Vaggie made that you feel comfortable and at ease not wanting you to cry again.

Finally, you reach the ground floor. There you saw something amusing, as you roam your eyes around the place.
"Wow, this is a beautiful place Charlie" you muttered with amusement in your face. "Thank you Y/N" Charlie responded.

As you are all walking to some living room, there you saw everybody. You saw a somewhat deer like, a cyclops, A snake that can talk and eggs too. There is also a cat like or like a husky in your opinion, lastly what you think a female or a male spider looking.

"Attention everyone, today we have a new guest, and also a member, meet Y/N" Charlie stated with a smile and so you smiled at them. "..Hi..hehehe" you waved your hands as a gesture of greeting.
