Chapter 33: "So what now?"

Strange's POV:

I used the time to see the possible future events of the dark power that Y/n has there is no clear depiction but I can see the darkness this power holds. When I was done I fell to the floor drenched in sweat. This is bad.

I looked for my phone all over the place and when I finally found I made a call.

"Maximoff you and Odinson get here now." I said and hung up going to look through every book I have.

They soon arrived and my cape opened the door and lead them to the room I was in.

"What happened? Did you talk to her..?" Wanda asked.

"Is she okay?" Thor adds.

"I didn't talk to but that dark power is nothing she's had before. I don't know what is happening to her but that power is bad." I tell them.

"I must go to asgard. We need to know what's happening to her. I can't lose her." Thor said.

"We have a mission in a couple of days." Wanda said.

"You guys can go without me." Thor said.

"What will you tell her?" Wanda asked.

"I won't lie to her but I can't tell her why? So let's just hope she doesn't ask." He says and leaves.

"Maximoff I need you to be there for her you're her best friend and the only person I know she can trust. Look out for her. This thing it needs her emotions to break loose. We don't want what I saw in that vision to come to pass. This stays between us." I said I looked at her and she nodded nervously. I could tell there's more.

"What do you know?" I asked her and she hesitated a bit but spoke up.

"I don't know what's causing it, but I know what could have triggered it." She said looking down.

"What?....." I asked and she stayed silent. "Tell me Wanda! I have to help her, I can't do that if you hide things from me." I said walking towards her with tears in my eyes.

"It's her father, it's Nick. If there's any chance of fixing this he can't stay." She responded.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"When we were sparring, I looked into her mind. The first sign of the darkness was on the day he returned."

"You're saying he's the cause of this." I asked her.

"No, I'm saying he's the one thing we know could make it worse." She replied.

"What are you saying we should do?" I turn to her and she looks back at me nervously.

"We have to get her away from him. The closer she gets to him the worse things could turn out if they go wrong." She responds.

"This will hurt her but it's the only way to help her." She says and I nod.

I was walking through the park approaching the avengers Tower and I feel a hand touch my waist I grabbed the hand and I flip it and twist it behind the owner of the hands back when I observe closely I feel long blonde hair and I realize it's Thor.

"I could have killed you." I said letting go off him.

"I'd let you do anything to me." He said pulling me closer and kissing me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Thought you might need a ride. It's about to rain and you hate getting wet." He responded placing a quick kiss on my lip again.
