The end of the semester quickly approached. Oliver and Alicia had been going steady for seven months now. For their anniversary Oliver took Alicia to the movies and out to dinner.
Alicia wore a beautiful purple lace dress and sneakers. As the movie started Oliver grabbed her hand and held it the entire movie.
At dinner they were escorted to a table in a dark corner. Oliver pulled the chair out for Alicia and she sat down, watching him walk to his seat. They sat and watched the waiter walk up.
He was a tall man. He looked in his early twenty's and his hair was ruffled. His name tag read Taylor. He read off the specials and chefs choice. Both Oliver and Alicia ordered the chefs choice, Oliver got water, and Alicia got lemonade.
As they talked about the movie their food came. They ate to their hearts content. Oliver payed the bill and left a tip. He knew that Alicia loved the night. He took her for ice cream and they walked to the nearest park. They talked, laughed, and kissed a few times. Oliver told Alicia he needed to tell her something and she happily listened.
He started " Alicia I've had such a wonderful night. In glad I could spend these last seven months with you."
Alicia giggled and nodded to go on.
Smiling he continued running a hand through his hair " I.....I.....I Love You Alicia. All the stars i the sky don't compare to how much I love you."
A tear drop rolled down her face. Her hands covering her mouth. She leaned forward and hugged Oliver. As she did so she whispered in his ear "I thought you'd never say that. I Love You too Oliver."They walked home, his hand around her shoulder and her arm around his waist.
