Big bros vs. Sleepy Baby bro

Chapter 9

They had picked up Bruce who had been a bit hesitant at first, but quickly joined when he heard one of his brothers were in danger.

They were in Rhonda as Tiny drove and Poppy told him random directions.

JD also tried to help them out.

But Bruce was focused on Branch.

Their poor baby brother could barely keep his head up!

After watching Branch jolt awake a few more times, Bruce finally had enough and walked over to him.

"Branch? I think you should take a nap..." he said gently.

Branch looked up at him and pouted, "No, can't make me.."

Bruce smiled, remembering an old trick they used to do.

He layed near Branch, "Alright then, but I'm gonna sleep, so goodnight."

He heard Branch huff.

A few minutes later he felt and heard Branch lay down.

He tossed and turned for a little while before settling down.

Bruce rolled over and squinted, he saw Branch's peaceful face, fast asleep and he smiled, sitting up.

"There we are, buddy..fast asleep now.." he mumbled as he rubbed Branch's back.

As Branch slept, Bruce watched over him, he wouldn't let anything wake his precious baby brother.

JD glanced back and smiled, "I think we should pull over for the night, it's about time we all rest."

Tiny and Poppy glanced at him then looked back at Branch and Bruce.

Poppy smiled and Tiny grinned, at least Branch was getting some sleep!

Bruce wins this round.
