Chapter 2: Welcome

~ALASTOR'S POV:~
Hm, Lucifer is a strange demon. I guess he has to be, after all, he's the Devil. He looks pretty. Pretty interesting I mean. Making a deal with him would be excellent, to possess his soul would make me ruler of hell. This is an easy strategy to achieve control. I'll follow him around, get a bit close, and wait until he's vulnerable. Oh, yes, this is perfect.

"Well, your majesty, since Charlie isn't done with the employees, I can take you on a little tour of the hotel. Would that be to your liking?"

"Ah- uhh, sure thing. If it's not a bother, I mean. I wouldn't want to intrude, I guess I didn't really tell Charlie about this in advance." the Devil sure looks nervous. Not as impressive, I suppose. Still, I should not let my guard down, just in case.
"It is not a bother at all, it's actually quite a pleasure to show a royal around."

~LUCIFER'S POV:~
Alright, calm down. You're nervous as fuck but he doesn't have to know that. Besides, he seems pretty nice. Maybe rumors were exaggerated or something? This should be fine.

"Well, if it's ok with you, let's go?" did I sound to weird? No, just calm the fuck down.

"Wonderful! Follow my lead, your majesty." He's polite. I like his clothes. Is he single? Into guys? What. I'm drifting in my thoughts again. The Radio Demon is just showing around and you're thinking bullshit like a desperate idiot. You gotta make a good impression on him, so pay attention to the damn hotel and be nice.

~NO ONE'S POV:~
Alastor led the Devil through the numerous empty hotel rooms. They stopped first at Angel's door, one of the only two guests there. He confusedly opened the door.

Seeing the king of hell and the Radio Demon at the door, any demon would run in fear. Angel just asked "Either of you want to purchase my services? I'm free tonight~".

"Services, what does he mean?" Lucifer looked at Alastor with curiosity. He was kinda dense. The Radio Demon didn't want to explain Angel's so called "professional career" as a porn star, so he decided that they should move on.

They stopped again at Husk's room, who opened, saw they weren't Angel and closed the door right away.

"The cat guy looked pissed." Lucifer wasn't really liking the people in the hotel so far. Except for Alastor, that is.

"Husker is a drunk, but Charlie wants him to be sober today. In consequence, he hates everything but Angel." the Radio Demon was giving up in making the hotel look good. And the people in it weren't helping him change his mind.

However, if he wanted the Devil's soul, he needed to make him stay in the hotel for a little while.
"You see, I did some renovations in here. What do you think, my king?"

Lucifer was confused. It almost looked like the Radio Demon was sucking up to him. That made absolutely no sense.

~LUCIFER'S POV:~
Something's wrong with him. He's acting weird, did Charlie menace him or something. I didn't imagine the Radio Demon to be this polite. Maybe he's interested? No, no, it has to be something else. Why would he be interested in me? I mean, I'm the king of hell, but what else can I offer. I suppose he is just respectful. Surprisingly respectful.

"Oh, the hotel looks nice. I very much like what you did there, Alastor."

Strange, his face is turning a bit red. Kinda like his hair haha. He is alright though? Maybe he's having a fever and I'm just laughing at him (internally).

"Radio Demon, are you okay? You look like you're burning up, your face is all red."
It's getting worse I see. Didn't think it could be redder than before but wow.

~ALASTOR'S POV:~
What is wrong with me? He just complimented my work! Control yourself. I have a plan, I need to stick to it. I can't get so distracted with the Devil. Yes, he is hot, but he's also powerful, and I need power right now. "Please excuse me, I'm think it is quite hot in here." Good, it looks like he bought that. How naive. And cute. I don't think the plan is going to work.
