*beep beep*

The sound of the microwave woke Lydia up. James was gone. "James?" "Yeah!" "Never mind!" She smiled and went back to bed. As long as it was not Sam everything was gonna be alright.

James made some coffee and brought a cup to Lydia. When she sat up to grab it, he had done fell for her. Her brown hair that went all over her face and down her back. Her eyes that were a light brown, shined bright when the sun came in the room. She smiled and her teeth made his eyes smile.

She was beautiful. He was too. "What?" She took a sip. "Um. You're beautiful." She choked on the coffee. "Oh my gosh you ok!?" He started hitting her back. "Yeah yeah it's just hot." She avoided what he said. "Um.. I gotta go get some stuff in town. Do you care to watch the flat?" "Sure I will baby sit." He laughed she just smiled. She grabbed her coat and rain boots. Then, she headed out the door.

Lydia ran up and down aisles trying to find what she was looking for. "Hey!" She heard footsteps run upon her. It was Nolan from uni. "Um. Hey!" She smiled. "What happened to ya? You did not show up today?" "I woke up late and decided to not go." "Well... you still owe me a brunch date." He walked away. "Oh.k." She was confused as to why he left so fast.

   *back at the flat*

James unloaded the groceries while Lydia got ready for job hunting. Lydia needed more to do to distract her. Sam was this image that never left her mind. Even though Cameron was her mother, Sam meant more to Lydia. She haunted her. The guilt. The lost friendship. The mean words. The days they fought and almost stop talking to each other for days. The days they said "I hate you". It all haunted Lydia. It tore her little heart into pieces. Even though it's impossible to have a perfect friendship, Lydia just wished those days never happened. Lydia put on a nice button up blouse and blue skinny jeans. She brushed her hair and braided it. She grabbed her chunky heel boots and her petticoat. She put on light makeup and went on her way. James decided to also leave after she was gone. Lydia was confident and happy. Hopefully she would get a job by tomorrow just to help pay the bills and for her books she still has not purchased.
