Loss - A Hu Tao Centered Fic

Loss Update 7

Hey there my readers, sorry for being MIA for quite a while. I'll cut to the chase as to why there is another update. 

Currently, I have chapter 5 fully updated, and now starting to work on chapter 6. I'm aware that the month time skip of having chapter 1-4 updated to only now finishing 5 and starting 6 is most likely annoying. I'd be annoyed if a story I liked was taking months to just update one chapter, and for that I apologize. I'm still having a hard time being motivated to update the chapters, and what I did manage to update was only possible because my schedule has recently become less stressful and given me a chance to spark the motivation train.

That's still running on fumes though, so while I believe I will finish chapter 6 before the end of this year, I won't know how I will be when I start to write chapters 7+. I hope I get the motivation to write the chapters, because what I have planned is something I want to write, but I'm having myself do this updating just so you guys can reread them and THEN understand what I have planned for 7+.

That's... the update for Loss. Sorry there isn't much, but there is some other stuff I want to say not Loss related.

If you follow my AO3 account, then you might've noticed I posted some other small one shot fics there. Reason why I didn't post them on my Wattpad was just because they don't really focus on Genshin Characters, and instead OC's (both mine and a few online friends). These one shots help me still learn as a writer and help me to get the motivation to write again since I'm only worrying about writing that one shot and nothing else as I wait to gain the motivation to write this story again.

The question I want to ask is this: Would you guys would like to see my post them on my Wattpad? 

It would be it's own "story" of course, but unless I have an idea that resolves solely on GI, HSR, or even HI3 characters, it'll most likely be on my OC Grim, maybe other online friends OC's, WITH the addition of the cast of whatever Hoyoverse Game the story is taking place in. 

I just know that if you read a one shot on a game you like, you're expecting to read the one shot for the characters, and having an OC in it can be something that makes you stop reading since you're not familiar with the character. And I'm that person sometimes! Unless the story has an interesting enough OC that makes me want to know more about the OC, see if the author can make me want to think "I want to know more about this OC", I'm just going to ignore their existence. 

And I also know that if the OC is shipped with a character, that can also be a turn off because ship wars are a thing and we have our favorite ships inside these games. Having an OC practically take a character that we'd rather see shipped with someone else can make us not want to read the fic in the first place since we're unfamiliar with this OC, and here they are taking our waifu/husbando away from some other character we rather see them be with.

So, would you guys want to see those stories posted onto here?

That's all I have for now, and hopefully when I update this story again, it'll be the last update chapter and will finally have the long awaited notification of "JoshlyPoshly updated Loss - A Hu Tao Centered Fic - Chapter 7"
