"YOU WILL SERVE ME MY MEALS AND YOU WILL CLEAN THE DARK CASTLE,"  The blonde nodded, a curt smile on her face as she placed down a tray by the end of the table. She was grateful for the new clothes that adorned her, not the latest fashion but still was better than her previous. Easier to move around in for sure.

"Easy enough." She replied, looking up to smile at him. He continued:

"You will dust My collection and launder my clothing," Rumplestiltskin added, taking note of her reactions. She nodded once again grabbing a porcelain cup as she did so." You will fetch me fresh straw when I'm spinning at the wheel. Oh! And you will skin the children I hunt, for their pelts." The blonde snorted before accidentally dropping the cup, her face suddenly changing to one of despair.

"That one was a quip," He chuckled seeing her expression. "Not serious." His face changed as he saw her worried expression, picking up the cup with the utmost of care.

"I chipped your cup." She mumbled, almost disappointed in herself. She held the cup up to his view, an apologetic look on her face. "I'm sure if you drink from this way, you won't even notice!" Oh Elizabeth tried to rationalise, frowning.

"Well..it's just a cup." He responded nonchalantly, a blank expression on his face. Observing the girl and her habits in entirety. Pure.

"..just a cup, of course." The blonde attempted to smile, pouring some tea into the cup steadying her shaking hands. Wether from the cold or the fear of making his life difficult, she didn't know. She was so grateful for all of this, she didn't, she couldn't mess it up. "Just a stupid cup."

"Just a stupid cup."

CLOSED

CLOSED. HM. The sign on the door said closed, so really, Elizabeth should just leave it. Bring his coffee later perhaps? But Elizabeth wasn't always good at doing things she should do. The blonde grinned as she pressed her finger against the door, it freaking open as she did so. This place is doomed if there if ever a robbery.

She walked slowly into the shop, taking in the scenery infront of her. Many, many different and strange items behind glass cages. The blonde squatted down, holding her skirt down as she did. She squinted her eyes glancing at different mystical items, going to place her free hand on the glass like a child at a museum.

"Careful dearie!"  A voice interrupted, making her hand pull away immediately and stand up fast. Her eyes making contact with the man in-front of her. His sharp face dropped to one of shock, his mouth agape. He took a step forward towards the girl, allowing her to get a better look at him. He held a a cane, an obvious limp in his step. Medium length brown hair, looking smart in a suit.

"Elizabeth?" He almost whispered, his brown eyes wide as moons. Does he know me?

"Yes? Have I served you at granny's?" She offered an apologetic smile, maybe I forgot I served him. "In that case I'm sorry, it's like..my second day here." The mysterious man she presumed was Mr Gold, was paused in time staring at her. Before it dropped, as if remembering something bitter sweet.

"..I presume that's my coffee." He grumbled, starting to walk back to the front counter. The blonde paused as-well for a moment, simply starting at the man with a tilted head . She felt oddly..sad. Before attempting to smile and walk towards the counter with his coffee, still hot thankfully.

"Yes! Sorry for the wait," She mumbled the last part before placing it down on the counter, as-well as a brown bag. "At least we we're able to meet though!"Elizabeth smiled brightly at him, his eyes seeming to change as she did so as if recalling an old forgotten memory. "Mr Gold right? Elizabeth White." She introduced, holding out a hand to him. He eyed her hand suspiciously.

"Yes dearie well..thank you for everything." Mr Gold thanked, turning around and ignoring her hand to get some pens and papers out. She leant to the side as he did, being nosey.

"What are you doing?" She asked. He didn't respond as he set some papers down on the counter and started writing with some pens. "Bookwork?" She asked again, leaning forward on the counter. "Do you need any hel-"

"Did you need anything else?" Mr Gold snapped, lifting his head up to meet hers. Her expression dropped at how close the two were, feeling his words on him.

"..no." She grumbled, weirdly disappointed. She took a step back, "I'll see you uh, later." She turned to walk out, not feeling his gaze on her back. As she reached the doorway , she turned to face him.

"You know, I think you're lonely and that's why you're being so horrible to me." Elizabeth pointed to him as she said, her voice hard as-well as her gaze. "And you don't deserve to be like that, no one does. Okay?"

That made him smile .
