𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐉𝐀𝐇 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒, not liking what he was seeing. He was jealous, though we wouldnt admit it out loud, deep down he knew what this feeling was. All you were doing was talking with Roscoe.
He was snapped out of his thoughts when he heard you laugh at something Roscoe said, that fueled his jealousy even further. He knew he had no reason to be jealous, you and Roscoe did not have anything going on. But that didnt stop the jealousy from flowing in him.
He couldnt help but glare at the two of you, not obviously mad at either but still upset. You felt someone's stare on you, and when you turned around to look you saw Elijah staring. You soon got the memo, and said bye to Boogz before making your way over to him.
"Whats wrong?" You asked, as he stared at you, his jealousy fading slowly. "Nothing, just c'mere." He told you, pulling you closer to him by your waist. He held you tightly, burying his head in your shoulder and neck, his warm breath on your skin making you shiver.
You wrapped your arms around him in return, kissing his cheek. He kissed your neck, staring at Roscoe. His jealousy was very obvious to everybody in the room. He held you like that for a good 5 minutes, before you broke the silence.
"Baby, you sure you're fine?" You whispered to him, as he nodded his head in your shoulder silently. You knew he wasnt being exactly truthful.
"Y'all we finna go outside for a bit." You spoke, before dragging Elijah with you outside. He followed you silently, missing the feeling of embracing you.
The cold air hit you like a wave once you stepped outside with him. "Elijah, I know you're lying. Whats wrong." You questioned him, as he held your hand and rubbed your knuckles. "Nothing." He responded, looking at you.
You gave him a look, before shaking your head. "You can tell me anything, you know that right?" He nodded his head, not really wanting to tell you that he was jealous.
He had never really been insecure, he knew he was fine. He knew he was handsome. Loads of girls wanted him, and he was aware of it, but it was the fear of loosing you to someone else that drove his insecurities and jealousy.
He was scared that you would choose someone else over him, or that somebody would take you from him. Somebody better than him, more specifically. He knew you were loyal, very, but it was just his underlying fear. His past relationships always ended up badly.
He was snapped out of his thoughts when you wrapped your arms around his neck, embracing him. His arms immediately went around you waist as he held you tightly. He sighed, letting himself find peace in you.
"Baby?" He mumbled, trying to get your attention. "Hm?" You hummed, nodding your head. He opened his mouth before closing it, the words not coming out. He was trying.
"I was jealous." He finally spoke, burying his face into your neck and inhaling your comforting scent. "Of who?" You questioned, genuinely confused of who he could possibly be jealous of or about.
"Roscoe..." He mumbled into your neck, feeling a bit embarrassed now. He was comfortable enough with you to tell you that. "What, why?" Your voice rang through his ears, as he lifted his head from your neck. "Ion know, I ain't like how you were laughing with him and shi." He said, but there was more to it, "I don't deserve youz Ian special or nothin'."
You stared at him, before pecking his lips once then twice. "Bae, you got nothing to be jealous of. You know you're the only one." You reassured him, cupping his face and kissing his lips softly. "You is special, to me you are. You're the only one I want."
"I know.." He told you, your words having an effect on him. It made him feel better to say the least. It was all he needed, your reassurance did wonders for him.
You soon pulled away from the kiss to look at him more clearly. You wanted to completely erase his feelings of insecurities and self doubt. "I love you, Elijah, my handsome boy." You told him sweetly as a huge smile crept onto his face.
"I love you too, ma." He responded, giving you one last kiss before pulling away and grabbing your hand. "Lets's go, baby." He said, before the two of you walked back inside the house, staring at you endearingly the whole time.
