You watched through your window, making sure he did indeed drive away before letting out everything you were holding in. You sat on the couch letting yourself drown in sorrow. The tears and sobs rocked your body. You lost time while crying over the situation you just went through, it had been almost an hour since he left.
You were crying so much you didn't even notice your front door opening and somebody making their way to stand in front of you. The sudden but gentle grab onto your shoulders, snapped you out of it. When you looked up, you were face to face with a familiar figure. It was Daniel.

HE GRABBED YOUR SHOULDERS, snapping you out of your thoughts. It was Daniel. Why was he here? "Yo, what the fuck. Why you crying?" He asked, very concerned and it was obvious by the look on his face. "Does Sha know you crying? Where he at?" Daniel questioned, looking around the room.
His question made you cry even more. Dthang quickly pulled you in for a hug when he saw your crying escalate. Daniel knew something was up with Sha, he barely showed up on time to the Stu. He thought that Sha was just caught up with you so he didn't think much of it. He even teased Sha about you whenever he was late, but he was yet to know of his lies.
He was about to speak and ask you if you wanted him to call Sha, but you beat him to it, "He cheated on me bro.." Your voice sounded weak and your nose was all stuffy from crying. Daniel's eyes went wide at your words. That would explain why Sha was late to studio sessions, and getting all nervous when anybody brought you up as the cause of his tardiness.
"What the fuck? You deadass?" He questioned, not believing it himself. You nodded your head, did Daniel not see his story? I mean it would make sense if he didnt, he was usually busy doing something. "He posted him fucking another girl on his story." You told him, as Daniel wiped your tears with his thumbs and palms.
You wished Sha cared about you as much as Daniel did. Sha barely wiped your tears, he was either never there to comfort you or he straight up refused to comfort you. You obviously let it slide, thinking he probably didnt even know how to comfort other people and you didn't want to be a burden on him.
However, your point still stood. Daniel always cared extra for you, even before all this mess. You assumed it was because you were dating Sha but the real reason was that he had grown an attachment to you.
Daniel held you close to his body, trying to comfort you the best he could. It lowkey hurt him to see you like this, his attachment and liking towards you had grown a lot over time. He appreciated your presence a lot, and at first he thought it was a friendly liking but now he was sure on what that feeling is.
[6 MONTHS LATER]
It had been about 6 months since you and Sha had officially broken up. At first you were obviously a mess, the heartbreak of somebody you loved doing you wrong took a toll on you. However you were healing, slowly but surely.
Sha had moved on quickly. He had gotten a new girl after just a week. He tried taking his mind off you by fucking thots but that never worked. You don't have that problem though, so you can't relate.
You were doing much better than him, that was for sure. You and Daniel has gotten much closer over the past 6 months, and eventually you guys started dating. It felt good to be with somebody that was there for you at your lowest, it showed their loyalty.
At the moment you were waiting for Daniel to be back from the studio with some snacks as he had promised. You were scrolling on your phone, bored before you got the idea to text him.

You sighed, placing your phone down next to you on your bed, awaiting his return. Three minutes passed before you heard your front door open and close and footsteps nearing. Your bedroom door opened and there was Daniel, holding a deli bag.
Here, I gotchu what you wanted." He said, giving you the bag before laying on your bed. You could tell he was tired as he had came back from the studio. "You tired?" You questioned, even though it was obvious. He nodded his head as you placed the bag on the floor before laying down next to him.
His arms instantly snaked their way around your waist, as he pressed a soft kiss to your cheek. You laid your head on his chest, the lack of sleep catching up to you. You were about to succumb to sleep before you heard your phone go off.
You groaned loudly before rolling over to grab your phone from the bedside table. When you unlocked it, you saw at least 10 messages from Sha. This was unexpected, he was using a new number. You had blocked him a long time ago.

From his last text you knew he was most likely coming over right now. Hell no. You looked up to see Daniel reading all the texts. You let out a breath you didn't know you were holding. "Why he texting you?" He questioned, his brows furrowing. Sha was well aware of you and Daniel dating so this was confusing.
"Ion know, I blocked him a long time ago." You responded, looking at your phone and then to him. "I think he comin' over right now." You said, not so surely. "Its coo', want me to talk to him?" He questioned, and even though things ended terribly between you and Sha, he was still cool with him as Sha was still his mans.
You shrugged your shoulders, not really wanting to deal with any of this right now. It was irritating, you never got peace, it would always end short. "If you want to." You spoke up, as he smiled at you before pecking your lips.
"I gotchu baby, always." He said, wrapping you up in his arms and inhaling your scent. As you waited for Sha's arrival, you were perfectly comfortable and safe in Daniel's arms. This was all you needed to calm your nerves, you knew you would be all fine as long as Daniel was here.
