It was mealtime again, but I didn't move. I stayed on the cold ground against the corner, no longer wanting to be on the bed. It had been three days since the video, and I was driving myself insane thinking about Ronan. What was he doing? What did he think of me? What the hell was happening outside these walls?

The lady entered my room and sighed loudly as she looked towards the door. "Can you help me today?"

Gus peeked into the room. He looked down at me, his dark and expressionless face softening before looking around the hall and entering my room. "No, I don't care anymore."

"I know Ali, I know." He scooped me up and placed me in the chair, taking the food tray from her and putting it on my lap. He knelt in front of me and begged. "Take at least three bites, please."

"He wouldn't want you to end up like this." She pleaded.

"Like what?"

Gus frowned at me, after the video, something happened to him, something changed because he was extremely nice to me. Weather he knew this was wrong or figured out whatever lies Christa told him were fake, he had a change of heart. He and this little lady were my only allies here.

He quickly unchained my ankle and threw me over his shoulder. I punched and tried to get away from him. He carried me into the bathroom across the hall and placed me in front of the mirror. I was already malnourished, and by stopping to eat anything at all, I had lost all my muscle and was nearly skin and bones. The gunshot wound on my arm was a dark purple, and the cuts across my chest were a bright pink scar. I wondered how long they would stay there. If Ronan wouldn't mind them. Mountain pointed at me and forced my face to look at myself when I tried to look away. "Look, you need to eat something, please."

I looked at him in the mirror and nodded. He walked me back to the cold concrete room, where I shivered. He took his shirt off and placed the oversized black tee shirt over me, hanging to my knees. I looked up at him while taking a bite of my sandwich. It tasted weird, and I wasn't really sure how my body would react to food all of a sudden after three days without it. She whispered to me before leaving. "I'll bring you an extra one tomorrow during Gus' shift."

I looked up at him. He was about to walk away when I grabbed his hand. "Thank you, Gus."

He didn't say anything, didn't move. He just continued to walk out of the room. I felt better but worse all at once.

Gus was more likable than ever. When he entered the room again after Bean, he saw me at my worst point. Seeing me cut up, gagged, and covered in someone's cum made him feel extra worse for me. It was my lowest point. Thanks to Gus, I was cleaned up shortly after that. The water stung, but I was happy to get my blood off of myself.

I was feeling sorry for myself when my door opened. Christa and Bean entered. I hated when they walked together, looking like evil master minds ready to make me miserable. They eyed me, my weak state, and laughed aloud. "Wow, you look like shit."

"Thanks." I leaned my back and head up against the wall.

"Where did you get the shirt?" Bean grumbled, upset I was covered up.

"I don't know anyone's names. How am I supposed to answer that?" He snarled at me.

Christa sat in the chair in front of me across the room. "You know, I was bored, so I figured I would come here and tell you what is happening: an update. Okay?"

"O-kay?"

"Well, first off, Ronan has officially sworn you off. He agreed to take me as his rightful Luna, and I could discard you as I pleased. Isn't that great? He finally admitted I was his rightful mate and you were a mistake, yay!" She cheered in the seat, kicking her feet happily. Bean leaned against the wall next to me and stared at me like I was prey. I didn't dare look up to meet his eyes. "Which means you need to be disposed of. Tomorrow actually. You see, Brucie has decided to claim you. I am only keeping you until I am with Ronan and no longer need you as leverage. I can finally get a piece of him again."
