Chapter 16 The Final Fight

I look at the queen and grit my teeth, anger fills me. I feel a pain in my back, as I sprout wings. I scream in fear at the sight of two huge devil wings. I open them then close them a few times before stopping as the queen punches me across the face. I stumble some then look up at her. Still carrying Eclipse's magical sword, I swing at her but each swing I miss. I soon get tired out quickly. The queen grabs a knife, and raises her hand to stab me. Luna jumps in the way, but the queen throws her to the wall. I look at Luna. She is not getting up, she is not even moving… Is she dead!? Neoma screamed as she rushed to her sister's side, holding her in her arms. As I turn back around I dodge the queen's attack. “AHH!” I heard someone scream. I turn around to see everyone else fighting. I stare at everyone as they fight. “What have we done?” I whispered. I groaned as the queen knocked me to the ground. I look up and wipe my feet out, tripping her.

As she fell I got up and pinned her down. I opened up my wings that finally appeared. “HA! You're finally a demon. All you need is horns and ears and you will be one of us!” The queen exclaimed as she had a twisted smile. I punched her. “I WILL NEVER BE ONE OF YOU!” I screamed as I threw my punch for another hit but before I could someone pushed me off. I tumbled off and I looked up to see Iris!? “ARE YOU STUPID!? THAT’S THE ENEMY!” I looked at her with confused eyes. Iris just looked at me then down at Queen Fang. I gritted my teeth. She let out a hand and helped her up. “Are YOU stupid? She worked for me the whole time.” My eyes widened. “What…?” The queen let out a laugh. “This whole time she's been running to me to tell every pity move you guys were gonna make.” I got up and narrowed my eyes on the two. I stretch out my wings further. I gaped as a strong force came at me and threw me off balance. I look up to be in some white room. What the…

“ECLIPSE!?” I heard someone scream. I look around just to be in a white, empty room. “WHOS THERE!?” I screamed as I turned around. “There you are,” I heard them say it again. In the distance there was a little girl crouching down. Her knees up to her chin. I walked towards them. “You can't run off again! They will catch you and kill you too!” I stopped in my tracks as I realized it was Eclipse as a small child. “Why are you here?” Someone asked from beside me. I look to see Luna standing there. “Luna?!...” I gasped. “That’s my name,” She replied, looking at me. “Where am I?” I asked her. “You're in the void. This is the void of life,” She told me. “Void of life?” She sighed. “It's a place where all your horrible memories come from. Like Eclipse’s one.” I look back at the two figures. I just stared at them. I looked around to see I'm back in the throne room.

Queen Fang across from me, her teeth bleeding from the gums. I look back at the child, as a black ooze leaks from her eyes. I scream, not ready for what I just saw. The child fades to a black color, and tries to grab my arm. They get a hold but I slip out, as their arm turns to the same black ooze. The room starts to turn black, I look around and it's just me. I get sucked into the blackness, then… I wake up suddenly, to see the queen about to stab me with her nails. I try to move but my head is stuck. I try to look up to see that I've grown horns and they're stuck in a railing. I squirm trying to get loose, but the queen has pinned me down too. I have no choice, I slam my head breaking one of the horns and the other gets loose, I'm able to grab her wrist, as I throw her to the side with a crash. “H- how did you do that… I'm the most powerful demon,” she says, holding her side as she tries to get up. I grab the horn as I run to my bag quickly, as the queen tries to get up. I grab the knife with the skeleton finger stuck to it, as I attempt to stuff the horn in. I start to run at her, with the knife out in front of me, ignoring the pain inside. I go to stab her, but she makes a force field, to protect herself. I struggle trying to break through it, as she laughs. I feel another hand grab the knife, and start helping me break though the field. The queen starts laughing as more and more hands grab on. Neoma, Mikro, Eclipse, and the Prince of Darkness. We try as hard as we can but it won’t work, it's too strong… I feel a paw grab on, but I look up to see nothing.

The shield shatters as the knife goes through, I hear a scream then see the queen turn to dust. I picked the knife up and threw it away. Disgusted by the blood that laid on it. Everyone starts hugging each other. I sighed and ran a bloody hand through my vibrant red hair. I took off my crack circular glass and ran my hand once more over my face. “She's finally gone!” Eclipse cried as she wrapped an arm around my shoulder. “But the war isn’t.” I glanced back at the person who said it and saw the prince. “My father and mother are just the beginning. The ending is very far away.” I raised an eyebrow at him as he collapsed to the ground. “What the? You ok!?” I ran up to him and grabbed onto his shoulder. The prince looked up at me and said, “It’s the end but you must go now!” 

I stare at him with wide eyes. “What about you?” I whispered. “I’m fading. My fathers and mothers powers were the only thing keeping me alive. Now go! The castle is going to fall on you guys.” I stared at him in horror. The prince smiled at me one more time before his body started to fade into dust. I stared at him until there was a small dust pile. All that was left was a small crystal. Tears fall over the cristal, but this isn't a movie, it's real life. “WE GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE!” I hear someone scream, as the castle falls apart. Someone grabs my arm, but I fight back trying to grab the crystle. I finally reach it, as the roof caves in. I'm able to dodge the falling bricks, as we reach the exit.
