"is it true?"

"No dad. He is a stupid you know right. He is just assuming things" I said.

I was still driving the car then dad held my hand and placed it on his head. "Tell me the truth Ina?" shouted dad.

"Dad please leave my hand".

"I am asking you Ina. Answer me is it true or not?"

"it is true" I shouted.

Dad immediately left my hand in shock and said "stop the car".

"No I am not going to do. You are getting the surgery today at any cost. I don't care about myself I just need you to be alive" I shouted.

Dad tried to stop the car and he held the steering wheel. I tried to push his hand from the steering. But he didn't leave. Within the pushing between us. Dad turned the steering to the left side and then I saw a truck approaching us. I pushed dad's hand and turned the car to other side. But as soon as I was aware of another truck approaching us. We felt a big thud sound as the truck hit us. Our car flipped down and I was hit to the window. The car started rolling and stopped at a far distance.

I was bleeding high and my leg was struck down. I saw dad and he was also injured. I tried to wake him up but I was unable to move. Its paining everywhere. The blood started flowing down my face. I wish any one would help us. The phone suddenly rang and the call is from Neil. I tried to get a hold of it. But then I heard a truck sound approaching us. And it hit the car again.

"Dad" I shouted.

I felt someone waking me up and calling my name. So I immediately opened my eyes.

"Neil".

I got up and hugged him tightly. I was sweating heavily my hands were shaking. "I killed him Neil. I killed my dad with my own hands. My mom was right Neil I deserve to--".

He immediately placed his hand on my lips and stopped me from speaking further. "is it the same dream?"

I nod my head and he pulled me into an hug to console me. "don't blame yourself. You didn't do anything got it. Don't think anything else. Come on sleep I am here". He made me sleep and took me into his embrace. He was patting me on my head and said "listen to me baby. I am always with you and I will always be. I am ready to die for you or kill anyone for you. So never hesitate to tell me about anything okay".

I nod and closed my eyes and those words were the last words I heard before going into sleep.

Its been 3 months since my dad has left me. These months have been so ups and downs in my life. I have finally experienced all the phases of my life. Neil was always with me in all these phases. But will he be with me once he will come to know the truth? Will he leave me? Will he hate me?

I never thought that a situation will come that will change all of my life in a go. I never thought that I will fear whenever Neil put on his anger face. The doubt that did he knew? Did it come to an end? Is pulling out the breathe in me. The girl who used to live without a single tension has died. Now I am the girl who is living with the fear of being exposed to the truth.

I knew what Neil's first question will be. "What wrong did I do for you to decide to leave me in the middle? What I am for you Ina?".

I don't regret taking the decision to take that step for my dad. But I knew I have braked the promise that I have done to him. Neil never asked me to be like this or that. He never put an objection that don't do this or that. But the only thing he asked me is to promise him that I will never take a decision to leave him in the middle. And I had thought to break that. The situation that is it your love or your dad? Made me helpless and I knew taking this decision doesn't mean for me to not love Neil. And this decision is the perfect one for my dad. Which I could full fill.

I have been attending the college since two months after Neil discharged from the hospital. And the project we both took up has been successfully completed. Mahindra uncle was very happy about the project.

"Ina" called Neil.

"Yeah tell me what do you want?"

"You" he said.

"Yah come down fast we getting late to the college".

"I am coming" he shouted.

"What took you so long to come? I have been waiting for you" I shouted.

"I have been washing the dishes baby so. Sorry come let's go".

"Okay".

"Wait a minute why are your cheeks red?"

I started touching my cheeks to feel if they are hot. He slowly leaned to me and said "its normal for your cheeks to become red when you're standing infornt of a hot guy like me".

"Yah! You are such a flirt you know".

"yeah I know but you no need to worry its only with you".

"Okay let's go".

We started to the college and reached within half an hour. Neil got the car and opened the door for me. He lend me an hand to get down. We were walking to the canteen then we heard someone saying "see this girl she is treating him like a servant".

He turned back to them and said "yah! It's called as princess treatment. She is a princess for me so I am even ready to become a slave for her. If you want ask your boyfriend to do those for you. Stop being jealous of my girl".

"Come baby let's go" he said. I am unable to control my laugh after seeing the girls face. She was filled with all the disappointment in her face. We both went to the library as we are having our prelims examination next week. We both started reading and Neil was explaining me the topics that I have missed. I was suddenly lost somewhere while looking into his eyes.

"Neil".

"ha tell me baby".

"Will you leave me if I do any mistake?"

"Why did go get that doubt?"

I slowly reached to his hand and held his hand. "Okay listen I will not leave you until you make a mistake of having the thought to leave me alone. That's the only thing I don't want you to do. Apart from that you can make 101 mistake. And I will cover up 101 times for you. Make infinity mistakes I will cover infinity times for you but not that mistake because the day you decide to leave me will be the day I leave this place so I can't cover it for you" he said.
