IN THE CAR
While going to the hospital, Advait tried to wake up Naina but was unsuccessful. He drives the car at a high speed but not at an insane one knowing its consequences.
His mind was only concerned about Naina, all he wished was her recovery.
"Naina please wake up", Advait said while glancing at her figure sitting/lying on the passenger seat.
But he was confused about why he was more bothered than her own family and why her family had no clue about her whereabouts or condition.
IN MIHIR AND RISHI'S CAR
"Bhai will di be fine?", Mihir asked concerned about his elder sister.
"I just hope that she is fine.", Rishi exclaimed while trying to meet Avdait's car speed.
"But why did she faint, she last fainted 8 months ago when ", Mihir questioned thinking why she fainted after a long time and what caused her to faint.
"I don't know and I guess we will never know, " he said, sighing at his Di's nature of keeping everything to herself.
Suddenly Mihir's phone rang
"It's Dadu's call"
"Pick it up and put the phone on speaker," Rishi told Mihir while trying to concentrate on the road.
"Hanji dadu"
(Yes grandfather)
"Mihir kya tum hospital pahunche"
(Did you guys reach the hospital)
"Abhi nahi dadu but we will reach soon. I will call you as soon as di is checked up"
"OK, take care"
"Let's go we have reached", Rishi said as soon as the call disconnected.
AT GUPTA HOUSE
"She again started with her drama", Pragya stated.
"She has always been an attention seeker", Abhi said and Neelu nodded in agreement.
"I always told her to reduce her weight but she never paid heed to my words. I care for her and now see this is the result of her actions.", Vanshika said in disappointment
Standing there the Arora family, couldn't do anything. They were surprised by the unconcerned faces of the middle generation of the Gupta family. Along with those unconcerned faces, they didn't even hesitate in badmouthing the daughter of their family and that too in front of guests, leaving everyone astonished.
"CHUP HO JAO TUM LOG ", there comes the loud and angry voice of Amar Gupta
(Keep quiet everyone)
"But papa.....", as soon as Jinesh(Naina's father) started speaking he was cut by his father.
Showing his hand, Naina's grandfather spoke, "Ghar me guests hain, thori to shram karo. Apni hi beti ke bare me asi baate bol rahe ho."
(There are guests in the house, have at least a bit of shame. You are speaking such things about your daughter)
"You all please sit, I have talked to Mihir he will call us as soon as they get to know anything about Naina's situation.", Amar Gupta spoke after sighing
"Please sit", Nirmal Gupta spoke after telling her daughter and daughter-in-laws to bring snacks and lunch for the Arora family.
They all sat there while whispering to each other.
(It's already 1 p.m.)
"This family is extremely weird", Sarthak spoke to Laksh
"Merko Naina di ki bahot chinta ho rahi hai", Meenakshi spoke
(I am extremely worried about Naina Di)
"Don't take stress, she will be fine", Aaryal spoke while calming a worried Meenakshi
"I just hope she gets well soon", Payal said to her Manish.
"She will be", Manish stated in response.
" Well after seeing this behaviour, I even doubt that Naina di is their biological daughter", Nishi said.
"Same here", Sathak and Meenakshi stated
"Shhh, they will feel bad if they listen to what you said", Payal scolded Nidhi.
"But didi, I don't think they will even care, especially after seeing this behaviour", Aaryal said
"This behaviour?", Laksh asked
"Uhh, this behaviour means after listening to their taunts and remarks", Manish said while hitting his brother's head lighting.
"Ohhh, I understand!", Laksh exclaimed
(The elders of both Gupta and Arora families were talking among themselves so they are not involved in this conversation)
"Food is here", Neelu Gupta stated
IN THE HOSPITAL
"Doctor, how is she? Why did she faint? She is fine right!", Advait bombarded the doctor with questions.
"Bhaiya, calm down let the doctor speak", Mihir said
"Well Mr. Arora she is fine, but we couldn't find what led her to faint", the Doctor stated
"Doctor what could be the possible cause", Rishi enquired.
"It's difficult to say anything right now, but we will do her full body checkup", the doctor said in disappointment and left.
"What caused her to even faint?", Advait said concerned about Naina's health
"Bhaiya, I will get the medicines", Mihir said and Rishi nodded in response.
WHAT CAUSED HER TO FAINT???
WAS IT BECAUSE OF HER WEIGHT???
CAN DOCTOR FIND ANYTHING IN THE FULL BODY CHECKUP???
