Naina's POV
Dadi-Dadu went back with Mihir and Rishi and after a lot of effort, Meenakshi was able to send Advait home, while she and Sarthak stayed back.
Earlier Advait noticed I was searching for my phone and thank god it was not here or else it would be a great trouble if anyone saw it.
Meenakshi told me what happened yesterday and how Advait stayed here all night.
But why was he here and that too the whole night? Why did my absence from the gathering bother him?
Oh god, why does this happen to me? Naina, you know naa you don't deserve love, I cannot destroy his life. I can't be involved with him. Well, I have no worries from his side as he will never fall in love with a girl like me. But still, I should go no contact with him.
And the best part is Dr Arjun said I can be discharged today. So, I can go before he comes back. Meenakshi and Sarthak just came back from the check-up and are helping me with the discharge. They insisted that I should wait till Advait comes, but that can't happen. Without calling Rishi or Mihir, even after knowing that would be scolded, I still got discharged with Meenakshi and Sarthak driving me to MY HOUSE.
I have a hearing tomorrow and I need to prepare for it, and if I go there I will not be able to concentrate and they would be happy to have me out of their house.
IN CAR
"Sarthak, can you drop me at AN's Law?", Naina asked as soon as the car started.
"Sure di. But can I ask why?"
"I have a hearing tomorrow. So, I need to prepare for it."
"Di you just got discharged and you have not informed anyone.", Meenakshi added.
"I understand, but the case is important. If I had not fainted I would have been there since morning."
"Di at least inform someone in the house."
"No worries about that, no one would care anyway."
With this, silence took its place in the car, till AN's Law. Naina thanked Meenakshi and Sarthak for helping her and took a promise that they would inform anyone from Gupta's house about her discharge.
"Sarthak, hamne Di ko vadah toh kar diya ki hum Gupta's me se kisiko inform nahi karenge, par hame Bhai ko inform kardena chaiye."
(Sarthak, we promised Di that we would not tell anyone from the Gupta family about her discharge, but we should inform Bhai regarding it)
"Wait, don't call him. Ask Maa about what is Bhai doing and if has he left for the hospital."
"Maa just messaged that Bhai is sleeping."
"Ok, first let's reach the house and then we will see how to inform Bhai and the family."
"Acha tell me did you not find it weird when Di said that no one would care and she even took a promise from us about not telling anyone about her discharge."
"Yes, we can't do anything about it."
AT ARORA HOUSE
Advait just woke up and came into the living room, ready to leave his house for the hospital. When Meenakshi and Sarthak enter the house after dropping Naina.
"Bhai where are you going?"
"To the hospital and weren't you guys with Naina?"
"Bhai, you don't need to go anywhere."
"Why? Naina is still in the hospital and if you both are here, then Rishi or Mihir have come back."
"Bhai, Di is not in the hospital."
"What? Where is she then?"
"Di got discharged, and were the ones who dropped Di at AN's Law."
"What? She got discharged. When? How? I mean she was not in the condition to get discharged. And why were the ones who dropped her? And that too at AN's Law!"
"Bhai, calm down. I will tell you everything, but first, let me take Meenakshi to the room, she needs rest."
"Sure. Meet me on the terrace."
AFTER SOMETIME
Advait was on the terrace when Sarthak entered.
"Bhai, you are again drinking! If Maa finds out, you will be in Trouble.", Sathak said while Advait just gave him a sad smile.
"Bhai, Di got discharged two hours after you left, though we told her to at least wait for you or Rishi and Mihir, she denied it and even made us promise that we would not inform anyone from the Gupta family about her discharge. At first, the plan was to drop Di at Gupta's house, but then she requested to be dropped at AN's Law because she had to prepare for the case.", Sarthak explained what happened during the day.
Advait calmly asked, "Did she say anything else, related to anyone?"
Sarthak, not understanding the meaning of Advait's question just replied, "Ahh yes, when we asked Di to inform someone from her family, she said something like no one would care, so she need not worry about that."
"That's it, nothing else about anyone in particular?", Advait again asked
"Yup that's it, I don't remember being told anything else.", Sarthak said and they talked about business.
"Bhai, tell me something, do you really want to marry that Nikita girl?"
"I have to, even if I don't want to. My marriage with Nikita would make Maa happy and that's all I want."
"But, no one except Maa likes her. Maa also likes her because she always acts loving and sweet in front of her, she would never want you to marry any girl if you don't love her.", Sarthak said and Advait just remained quiet knowing what his brother said was true, but he was not interested in marriages.
"Bhai, you and I both know that you don't love Nikita. You love Naina Di."
"Sarthak, I don't love anyone, neither Nikita nor......... Naina.", Advait said
"Bhai who are you trying to convince, me or yourself. Because either ways it won't work, you cannot fool me and you can only fool yourself for sometime. You will have to listen to your heart today or tomorrow. Kal kare so aaj kar, aaj kare so aab.", saying this Sathak left Advait alone on the terrace.
