After Sarthak calmed down and digested what had happened, he and Advait returned to Naina's room.
They saw everyone laughing and cracking jokes in the room, enjoying each other's company. But Advait noticed something and asked, 'What happened, what are you looking for??'
Everyone looked towards the source of the voice and the two men came into their sight.
"What happened, what are you looking for??", Advait again asked Naina to make sure everything was okay, knowing that she was concerned regarding something.
"Ummmm..., nothing. I am looking for nothing." Naina stated, worried that he might get to know about something.
"You sure? Because it looked like you were searching for something", Advait again questioned noticing Naina's hesitation in her answer.
As Advait said these lines everyone stared at Naina and noticing the situation Naina answered "Oh, I was looking for my..., my phone."
"Di voh toh ghar par hai.", Rishi answered quickly and Naina took a breath of relief.
(Di that's at home)
"Ms. Naina good to see that you're awake." The doctor said as soon as he entered the room.
"Hello, Dr. Arjun", Naina spoke as soon as she saw the doctor.
"Hi Naina, kaisi ho?"
(Hi Naina, how are you)
"Fine and healthy."
"Fine? If you are fine then why did you faint?", Advait spoke when he heard Naina's words.
"You are Mr.?", Arjun asked immediately after hearing his words while looking towards him.
"Advait, Advait Arora, Dr. Arjun." he put great pressure on the 'doctor'
"Oh, and what is your relation with Naina?"
"We're friends.", Naina replied on behalf of Advait and he nodded.
"Ok, acha leave that how do you feel and why did you faint?" Arjun asked.
"Nothing, it's just that I didn't eat anything."
"You are sure about that, it is not related to anything else?"
"Yes, sure." Naina gave a reassuring smile.
After a quick check-up, Arjun left.
"Di how do you know each other? Who is he? Are you guys close?" Meenakshi asked Naina after noticing Advait's reaction towards Arjun and Naina's interaction.
"Oh, I met Arjun a few months ago when I was here to visit one of my clients. He and I are just friends, and he is a lovely guy, he even assisted me and the client with all the hospital procedures." Naina answered with a smile on her face.

As much as I loved the smile on Naina's face, I hated that it was because of that Arjun guy.
Meenakshi asked those questions I wanted to ask, and I know that she asked them after seeing my reaction towards their relationship. And I am thankful Meenakshi did that.
And when Naina said that he was a lovely guy I don't why my blood boiled.
Well, it's been one night and one & half days since Naina was admitted to the hospital, except for her brothers and grandparents no one from her side of the family has visited or even called to check up on her.
It surprised me. If I or Sarthak and especially Nidhi were here in place of Naina, then god save us, this hospital would have been turned into a hotel or more likely zoo. My mothers would have 'Azman ser pe utha lati'.

Yeh parivaar aur iske sadsye bhot hi alag hai, mein apni zindagi mei aise log abhi tak toh nahi dekhe.
(This family and its members are very different, I have never seen these types of people in my life, at least not till now)
After I have heard and seen her family's behaviour towards her and how differently they treat Naina compared to Rishi and Mihir. I have started doubting their actual relationship with Naina, and if anyone says that Naina is adopted I will believe it with my eyes closed.
Maybe not with my eyes closed, after seeing the resemblance between Mr. Jishnu Gupta and her grandfather.
I don't understand how they can't care even a 0.0001% about their child. Even if it was some relative, they would have at least called.
Mihir's voice pulled me out of my thoughts.
"Bhai, what are you thinking?"
"Mihir, will you answer me honestly? I only want to hear the truth?"
"Bhai kya hua? Aap ese kyun bol rahe ho? Sab kuch thik toh hai?", Mihir asked concerned after noticing the seriousness in my voice.
(Bhai, what happened? Why are saying this? Everything is okay?)
"Mihir, why did no one in your family care when Naina fainted?"
"Bhai, I don't know if should tell you all this but after seeing you this concerned about Di. I will tell you what I know, even though I don't know the full story." Mihir said while I just nodded, to know even a little bit about Naina's situation so that I could somewhat help her.
WHAT IS THE TRUTH???
IF NOT MIHIR, THEN WHO WOULD KNOW THE WHOLE TRUTH ABOUT NAINA???
