Two days passed since Alec stayed the night in my dorm room, I wasn't sure if he would come back or not but I decided to focus on my college classes and not be distracted with him.
I was returning to my dorm room from work when I heard my phone ringing and seen that it was Brantley calling me so I quickly answered it...
Evrin: hey you...
Brantley: hey kiddo, what are you doing right now?
Evrin: I'm just getting back to my dorm room from work, what are you doing?
Brantley: just got to the hotel, I was wondering if you wanted to meet up for dinner since me and the guys were here.
Evrin: will the guys be joining us or just us two?
Brantley: of course the guys will be joining us, they miss you like I do.
Evrin: alright, let me know which restaurant and I will meet you guys there.
Brantley: alright kiddo, see you soon.
I hung up the phone and unlocked the door to my dorm room, Brantley text me the name of the restaurant and what time they would be there which I found out that the place wasn't far from my dorm room but I only had two hours to get ready so I got a quick shower before I did my makeup and got dressed then met them at the restaurant.
After dinner, the guys headed back to the hotel while Brantley and I spent a few more hours catching up since I haven't seen him before I left Tennessee.
Brantley: so how are things going for you since you got here?
Evrin: things are good, I made a friend that stays in the dorm room across the hall from and there's this guy but I'm not sure if we're friends but he's been so sweet to me.
Brantley: Evrin, I thought we agreed that you would focus on your college courses while you were here?
Evrin: I know and I promise he isn't interfering with my classes, I just... I don't know if he is going to continue coming around or not...
Brantley: I can't stop you from hanging out with him but I promised mom and dad that you would finish your college courses because they've convinced themselves that you come here to be with a boy and I don't want them finding out that you've been hanging out with this guy.
Evrin: I don't want them knowing about him until I finish school and I promise that he want be a distraction.
Brantley: if you enjoy hanging out with him but don't let him make you lose focus on your school work kiddo.
Evrin: how long are you guys in here?
Brantley: a few days, I was hoping you could come to the venue tomorrow night and hangout before we headed to the next city.
Evrin: I will be there but I need a pass so I can get in without a problem.
He handed me a backstage pass along with a neck piece so I wouldn't lose it.
Brantley: the show starts at 6 tomorrow night, you can bring your friend if you want to.
Evrin: I don't know if he will be interested in coming.
Brantley: I was talking about your female friend Evie but he come as well if he wants...
Evrin: I will see if she wants to come, I don't want to start any problems in case mom and dad show up.
Brantley: I highly doubt mom and dad will show up...
Evrin: why wouldn't they show up? They are always at your shows...
Brantley: we had an argument about you being here before I left the house, they wanted me to talk you into moving back to Tennessee and finish college there but I told them that I wasn't going to do that since I was the one paying for you to be here.
Evrin: I do appreciate you paying for my tuition fees, I will pay you back when I get a decent paying job.
Brantley: you don't have to pay me back Evie, I don't mind it just promise me that you won't be distracted from your school work.
Evrin: I promise that I won't let anything or anyone distract me.
Brantley: I better get back to the hotel so I can get plenty of rest before the show tomorrow night, I will see you at the concert kiddo.
Evrin: good night Brantley.
We gave each other a hug before I headed back to my dorm room.
