Emergency

Evrin's point of view

It happened so quickly, I had been backstage watching them performing on stage when I felt the pain of the blade against my side as it plunged inside of me deep. I wasn't even aware that he was here until I looked deep into his eyes and seen the hatred he had while he continued plunging the knife into my skin.

I looked over at Alec after Andy got his attention before they rushed over to where I was laying, I couldn't express the pain I was feeling as I felt the blood gushing from the wounds that had been made as the EMS worker began applying pressure against my skin.

Alec: hang in there Evrin, you're going to be fine.

I woke up hearing faint beeping as I looked around the room while trying to figure out how I got here, I seen a few nurses walking by the room and started panicking which made the beeping grow louder and alert the nurses as she quickly walked into the room I was in.

Nurse: it's okay Ms. Gilbert, relax.

Evrin: Alec?!

I watched as she placed a needle into the hose connected to my arm and I had slowly began feeling sleepy

Evrin: Alec...

Nurse: it's going to be okay Ms. Gilbert, get some rest sweetie; you're family has been notified about you being here...

Evrin: I want...Alec...

I wasn't sure why this happened but I learned that he was arrested for what he did to me while I slowly started waking up and hearing faint voices near me.

Evrin: Alec...?

Brantley: hey kiddo.

Evrin: Brantley...?

Brantley: I got here as quick as I could, how are you feeling Evie?

Evrin: where... where's Alec?

Brantley: he's in the waiting room, they wouldn't let him come back here since visiting hours are over.

Evrin: I want Alec...

Brantley: alright kiddo, I will see if he can come back here.

An hour passed and I seen him walking into the room with Brantley behind him.

Alec: hey beautiful, how are you feeling?

Evrin: I'm in pain.

Alec: you took some serious injuries and the baby...

Evrin: what about our baby?

Brantley: Alec...don't

Alec: I'm sorry sweetpea...

I felt him gently grab my hand and heard him crying.

Evrin: Brantley is Jess...?

Brantley: he's in jail for what he did to you and the baby...

Evrin: Alec...?

Alec: yes love?

Evrin: it's going to be okay, please don't cry baby...
