Thirty years passed since the day I first met Evrin and twenty four years ago since the day I first met Riley who was now twenty eight and Ryder was twenty four. They both decided to start a band together and was instantly noticed by a famous music producer, Evrin and I couldn't be more happier for them as they faced the world together.
I thought that I had to pursue music to be happy but all this time, my happiness was being with Evrin and our children.
They become the most important part of my life. I watched our kids grow into the adults they are now and I knew my job as a father was finished along with being the protector for them and Evrin.
We lived the last remaining days cheering on our children as they did the very thing that I did not so long ago as Evrin and I stood backstage watching them performing. Riley and Ryder were truly my rockstars and I was beyond proud of them for their accomplishments.
We were out celebrating with our children along with Emily and Mitch and their daughter who was four years younger than Ryder when I seen the look on his face as soon as he seen her, I knew immediately that he had become interested in getting to know her better.
Mitch: so Riley, your dad told me that you and your brother had a band together, will you be interested in having a new member join? Our daughter Nova is looking to join if that's okay with you and Ryder.

Emily: don't be so hard on your father Nova, him and their father used to be in a band together when I was your age.
Nova: I know but... I'm sorry dad.
Mitch: it's alright sweetheart. So what do you say Riley, Ryder?
Riley: let's hear what she has before giving her an answer first.

Nova: guitar.
Riley: do you have it with you?
Nova: I don't go anywhere without it.
Riley: okay, after dinner you can swing by the house and play for us, unless you have other plans. I will round up the rest of the band so they can help me and Ryder decide.
