chapter 18

Jay's pov

Hey little brother, I hear joker say as he walks up to my desk. I stand and give him a hug.

What's up I haven't seen you in a while where's my niece? Evey is with Jacks and Luna I couldn't bring her here yet.

Look Jay we need to talk I had a vision, he says pulling out a notebook from his backpack, it involves you and these two people. He hands me the drawing.

(Joker usually draws what he sees so he doesn't forget)

My eyes grow wide it's of me holding Raye is that the club? and who is that in the shadows. There's a small pool of blood around us.

What's going on lil bro talk to me, joker says putting a hand on my sholder.

I sigh and sit in my chair, it's a long story bro. I give my brother the run down of the past year.

So you really love this girl huh?

Yes I do I never thought I could ever love someone as much as I do her.

Look lil bro I'm staying in town for a few months we won't let anything happen to raye.

(Rayes pov)

I'm closing up the shop when I'm pushed into the glass door, a hand on the back of my head keeps my face against the glass.

You smell delicious the guy says with his face Close to my neck,

P-please let me go, I-I, he pushes my head closer to the glass, shut up I could kill you right here but my boss wants me to give you a message.

A-a message? He's been watching you, you're very special and very powerful he wants you to be his bride.
He will give you 1 month to make your decision.

What if I choose not to? I ask trying not to sound scared.

Oh? I'll enjoy killing everyone you ever loved, resse, corbin what's his name Jay isn't it.  My heart almost stops.

I hear footsteps and laughter coming from around the corner but before I could scream he's gone. I hurry up and get in the car and drive to resse's house.

Who the fuck, what the fuck? What the hell is happening to my life.

As I reach resse's house I see soras car in the driveway. I instantly feel my body get hot with anger. I bang on the door and corbin answers.

Raye what the hell is going on?  I move past him and head to the living room Sora sees me and jumps up. Raye what ar- (SMACK) YOU SON OF A BITCH YOU SENT YOUR FUCKING GOON AFTER ME THREATEN ME?! I scream at him, he looks so confused but I know it's just a show. You threaten to kill everyone I love and you think that's going to get me to marry you. I slap him again I don't want to be with you Sora! I scream.

Woah what are you talking about I didn't send anyone after you let alone threaten you, he says with real confusion and hurt in his eyes by this time every one is in the living room looking at me like I'm crazy.

Reese steps to me renee right behind her. Raye come sit down tell us what's going on. Sora just stares at me.

After explaining what happened I can see sora's eyes go dark red, corbins too.
Raye I will never ever hurt you or anyone in this house they are my family I understand you moved on but that shit that isn't me I would never.
But we'll find out who did corbin says looking down at me.

Banging at the door makes me jump corbin go's to answer it and a second later Jay is running through the door. Raye! what the hell why haven't you been answering the phone why are yo- he stops when he sees the bruise on my cheek he looks at sora.

Did you fucking do this he says stepping to sora, aye I didn't fucking touch her sora says walking closer to Jay.

Aye hold on now and unfamiliar voice says behind me I turn and look to see who it is and he looks just like Jay only with short curls.

Who the hell are you Reese asked looking from Jay to the Jay look a like.

I'm joker Jay's brother, he says with a soft smile I think we all need to calm down and talk like adults.

I looked at Jay confused, you have a brother?

Yes we all need to talk starting with this he says cupping my cheek.
I tell Jay everything and him and his brother tell us about the vision.

Joker walks over to sora you have nothing to do with this he says, no I've told yall this already, I wouldn't hurt my family just to get Raye back.

Joker nods his head and walks away.

Look I think we all need to get some rest it's been a long day and I just want to go home I say standing up.

I give Reese and renee a hug as me Jay and joker walk out the door.

(Sorry kinda short guys it's currently 3:42am and I have to be up for work in a few hours sorry it took so long for an update hope you enjoy)
