"Boys wake up" Miranda walked into her sons' room.

"Mom" Tuck groaned

"It's the weekend, can't we sleep in" Joey groaned

"You could or you could get dressed and come with me to go swing a bat at things and break them"

"What" Joey sat up

"We're going to a rage room" She nodded

"All of us," Tuck asked

"Ben is off to work. Pru is with Andy. We are going to rage" She flicked their light "So get up" She walked out

"You think this has to do with her crying last week" Joey asked

"Yeah probably but I'm not going to ask too many questions" Tuck got out of bed

"Good idea" Joey nodded

After they got dressed they went downstairs to eat some cereal and wait for Miranda to join them

"You got anything to rage about," Joey asked Tuck

"Exams" He shrugged

"Ready" She called from the front door. They got up and walked out of the house with her.

They wondered what was on her mind. She was eerily quiet during the ride. She gripped the steering wheel as if someone was going to snatch it from her. She held fire in her eyes and the boys didn't dare ask her what was on her mind, Instead, they would get their answers from Ben.

As Miranda drove, the weight of pent-up rage pressing heavily on her chest, she couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the intensity of her emotions. Thoughts swirled in her mind like a turbulent storm, each one fueling the fire of her anger.

She replayed the moments that had led to this boiling point – the betrayals, the injustices, the frustrations that had been accumulating for far too long. Each memory stabbed at her heart, igniting a fury that threatened to consume her.

She stole a glance at her sons in the rearview mirror, their worried faces reflecting her own inner turmoil. She sighed and it was loud enough to catch their attention.

"I am angry boys"

"at what: Tuck asked running inventory in his mind if he had anything to be sorry for.

"Life"

"Yeah life can beat someone up" Joey nodded knowingly

They arrived at their destination. The workers greeted them and explained the rules and safety precautions. They were shown to their room and given safety glasses and gloves. Entering the room, they were greeted by the sight of various objects – plates, glasses, even furniture all waiting to be destroyed. Miranda hesitated for a moment, unsure of where to begin, but her sons wasted no time in grabbing baseball bats and hammers, eager to get started.

"So want to talk more about it," Tuck asked

Before Miranda could speak Joey had lifted his hammer smashing a vase that was on the table making both of them look at him

"We came here to break stuff" He looked back at them "So let's break stuff"

"Right" She smashed another vase that was in the room

"Okay, I heard if you say what's on your mind while you do this, it helps" Tuck lifted his bat

"I am angry at the foster care system"Joey smashed some more things

"I'm angry at teachers whose tests don't match their study guides" Tuck smashed some things

"I'm angry at the broken systems that dictate our lives" Miranda smashed some things
